Why Liberals Are More Intelligent Than Conservatives

Uh, most white people don't benefit from them either. I'm a white male and they've done pretty much nothing to help me.

They fight for the interests of big business. That is the only group of people the republicans stand up for.

Of course there is a reason for GOP support. Where would America be today without modern industrialism ... jobs are what people want and many of them are created by "big business" which is far better than BIG GOVT. Limited govt is better for job creation unless we want everyone working for the USA Inc.

The best part of the Industrial Revolution is that it opened an age of mass production for the needs of everyone. The workers are no longer people grinding merely for other people's comfort/prosperity. They [employees] are the main consumers of the products mfg by the factories. Big biz depends upon volume consumption. Today, there's not one branch of big business that wouldn't cater to the wants and needs of the masses.

The purpose of capitalist entrepreneurship is to provide for the common man.... and the common man as consumer controls whose buying or not buying which determines the fate of small and big business. There is [in the market economy] no other way of acquiring and keeping wealth than by supplying the masses in the best and cheapest way with all the goods they want. Govt cannot do this and needs to stay the fuck away from it...

Your argument that follows, as flawed as it is internally (industrial development actually coevolved with the state's increasing fiscal intervention), actually has nothing to do with your above claim; that is, the GOP had fuck all to do with the 20th C industrial take off.

Where would America be without modern industrialism?
Well where would contemporary industrial development without the GOP? The same damned place that it is now.

Jobs for the sake of jobs. How many times have I seen this tired horse get whipped around the track?

If the market isn't naturally employing people, the answer isn't to start making more redundant shit. That's the sort of mentality that creates big, empty bubbles. The whole idea of a progressive society isn't to just spin a hamster wheel ad infinitum, it's to slowly eliminate the need for labour, so we can distribute more resources for less hours worked.

How else are we going to audit global resources on a planet where the population has doubled in the last 60 years?

This is true, I should have specified the types of mostly white males. I apologize for the generalization.

Note the size of the brain in the 'I'm smarter then you' part/tumor says it all innit.

Lmao, damn guilt gland is why we got stuck with Obama in the first place. I wish there was a pill more effective then midol to take care of this!

This liberal v conservative thing is a diversion, it's generally shit on both ends, conservatives being socially authoritarian and economically liberal and vica versa with liberals.
How about following the constitution and being socially and economically liberal i.e libertarian.

^Exactly. All the top 1% want out of society is to be the top 1% within the top 1%. The vast majority of the top 1% do not care about the rest of the 99%. The bottom 99% only benefit from the society that the top 1% has allowed because either they have banded together to protect themselves, or the top 1% has found a way to profit more from a slightly more humane system. Yet, when it comes down to it, the top 1% certainly wouldn't bat an eye if labor conditions within the U.S. regressed to conditions that existed in the early 20th century.

Anyone that blindly worships the top 1% and believes that they should have whatever they want (because they believe that they too could be that lucky, even though they weren't born rich) have either ignored the history of labor or they have not at least read Upton Sinclair's The Jungle.

^^whenever I am graced with the loud vocalizations of a right leaning 99%er I typically find them to be on the lower end of the IQ scale. Middle + lower classes who defend conservatism have been brainwashed + r being used + it's actually sorta sad.
