the closest i could find on this is this article, which is a governer's explaination on his stance on legalizing drugs so they can be taxed & regulated, but doesn't say a law has been passed to allow it. there's several other articles out there mentioning the pushing for legalizing them too, but i couldn't find anything stating it actually was legal.

Haha thats the first thing i thought aswell....The billboard that says posession 20 years or something like that.

Nevada is pretty lienient though. I believe it's decriminalized for simple possesion....just a fine and maybe probation/ drug treatment.
 
hi going on vaction to LA not sure whether to stay el segundo way near like santa moonta bay or west hollywood what's the drug policies like there and how dodgy is it to make contact? Also stopping in miami and orlando? Whats popular and easy to get any cities better than others. sorry mods if this is sourcing, more so want to know legality and popularity

or NJ, you dont even go to jail for simple possesion you just get citations unless its CDS (controlled dangerous substances) which usally means coke crack and heroin.

We do have a nice schedule act basicly decriminalizing persoanl use of marijuana (not legal, but basicly pat on the back) But other than that, SUCKS!

Used to be true, i believe in 1998 we passed a law simlar to california to decriminalize marijuana, in fact anything under an ounce is only subject to a fine of roughly $250...... this usasally never is even seen due to the time served aspect of sitting in a holding a day to see a judge.

Above and beyond that, Nevada specially las vegas and reno can give a fuck about drug possession, so long as its not trafficable amounts....... like 5+ grams of Yayo, or smack.

Now dont get caught with Speed as that is a big deal out here now.

Basically if you are caught nevada is very simalar to california, at least in the metro courts........ You will most likely get drug diverstion and drug courses.... maybe some informal probation.

I was caught over 4 months ago now on a d.u.i. charge along with possession of a nice array of goodies including individual balloons of tar.

D.A. has yet to press charges!!!

Anyway, California, Oregon, Washington, or Nevada..... i am sure as the most drug friendly states in the US.
 
definetly not PA, fuckers decided to add paraphanalia to a possesion charge because the weed was in a bag ( how the fuck is a sandwich bag paraphanalia) preliminary hearing on the 30th, wish me luck.
