I'm not sure I would describe this as a kidnapping. The female angent even talks to her and tries to get her to calm down.
Anyway, I don't think writing an article against the war is enough to revoke her visa. And as long as she is in the US she has 1st amendment rights regardless of her citizenship status, according to past Supreme Court precedent.
I do know many of these students at these campus protests did openly express support for Hamas and did engaged in criminal activity. I would hope they had evidence of her involvement in that type of thing, and not just writing in the paper.
