Anyone know anything that will help me sleep? And not GHB, i can get it but god knows how retard whoever made it is. Anything at GNC or anything?

go talk to your doctor, you can prob. get a script for benzos or something. at the very least a sleep aid like Ambien. That stuff works well. If you complain about a little anxiety along with sleeplessness your chances are better for the benzo.

Klonopin will definitely help you sleep......it's just going to be a bit difficult to get if you're a youngster. As Homeboy said they'll probably try to give you ambien, which helped me some. But there is also a possibility the doc will try and give u paxil or some other anti depressant bullshit.

benzos!!!....no doubt i got them and i am 17 ..they WILL HELP YA....i love them so easy to go to sleep onthem and you sleep so good on them, they are pretty good with beer too..they wont make ya pass out but they help ya sleep (go to sleep that is)....go for ittry and get them...tell the doctorthat you are havin trouble sleepin and are havcin panic attacks you will definately get'm (HOPEFULLY)!!

Yes, I would definitely recommend benzodiazepines as a sleep aid (too bad some of us have developed a heavy tolerance). For something more long term you should try some kava or valerian root with melatonin. I stay away from the dimenhydrinate sleeping pills. Yuck.

Benzos are fun and a definite fix, but if you REALLY just want a sleep aide, you may find benzos do more harm then good.. Sominex / Unisom work good, even Tylenol PM (same sleep aide - diphenhydramine) .. Melotonin (sp?) works good for some too.. if it's a chronic problem you might want to seek medical attention, and be willing to take something with no recreational value..
If you complain of not being able to sleep, you will NOT get a benzo right off the bat..

plain old BENADRYL...inexpensive, and works just as well as any benzo (unless you are an insomniac)...Psychiatrists use Benadryl all the time, to calm patients down, and to prevent side-effects from antipsychotic medication...
Try this first before asking a doc for a benzo....most docs will probably want to treat the "underlying anxiety" with a SSRI, before even thinking about a benzo..

bong420tripper....doxylamine is a H1-antagonist..just like diphenhydramine (Benadryl)...both are ethanolamines

imovane=zopiclone is a good rx sleeping aid
you'll sleep like you're dead

Somebody mentioned Klonopin. For me, that works better than nothing, but it isn't a very long acting benzo. I keep Valium and Klonopin at the bottom of my list for sleeping. Xanax is the best legal benzo.
I don't think 5-htp has been mentioned yet. That is always sold as a sleep aid at GNC, etc. That chemical seems to work pretty well for an OTC drug.

actually... i believe klonopin is still the LONGEST-acting benzo.. it has twice the half-life in the blood-stream as valium & xanax

long-acting benzos (half-life of more than 70hrs, metabolized to nordiazepam):
valium, centrax, librium, paxipam
short-acting benzos (half-life of less than 15hrs, conjugated and excreted)
ativan, xanax, serax
intermediates (half-life of 30-50hrs):
klonopin

diphenhydramine might not work for everyone.. for myself, it makes me feel real heavy but i still don't even sleep cause it feels like i have to pee. not too enjoyable. i tried taking 100mg (the normal sleeping dosage is 50mg) and that just made it worse. althbough i think i have slight insomnia and someone said "unless you have insomnia" .. so idk. i might try to get some benzos myself. i just need to fuckin sleep aswell, but laying in bed for 3 and a half hours isn't fun.

Ya'll may be right about the half life of Klonopin. It just doesn't seem to be the best sleep aid out there for me.
And Xanax doesn't last that long, but it feels like a good sleep. After a long night, 2 mg of Xanax and a beer will put me to sleep for at least 6 or 7 hours.
Ambien is a great thing if you can get a hold of it. It will put you out for a good night sleep.
