Every time I use speed I become a little obsessed with finding ways to detox the drug, after its run its normal 3-4 day course. I put extra lotions, facial masks, and drink a green drink daily while using. Is there any other GOOD advice for coming down? My major worry is the depression. I realize it comes with taking the drug, what goes up must come down, but with your experiences out there, I am sure there are more of you, like me, that want to know more options.

Thanks Guys

vitamin c, b6, d3, chelated magnesium, cannabis, green tea, yerba mate, l-tyrosine, l-tryptophan, omega-3, valerian, passionflower, kava. there are more, but thats my usual regimen.

the tyrosine will help depression, as will omega-3.

all others are mainly for sleep or antioxidation.

When I used to use (m)amp recreationally, before I quit and now only use low dose adderall for studies (hooray), I had a regimen. chelated magnesium, multivitamin with plant extracts, selenium, coQ10, fish oil, l tyrosine, acytl-l-carnatine with ala, and a protein shake/high protein breakfast mix. And a bananna. The food is important to help get back some nutrients the natual way, prevent nausea, and helps you feel a little better..

High protien foods and protien supplements incl. tyrosine, phenylalanine, tryptophan and 5-ht (to regenerate neurotransmitters), antioxidants like vitamins c/e, polyphenols found in dark colored berries and greens, tumeric, et cetera. (prevent oxidative stress damage), sugars/starches (energy for your brain), unsaturated fatty acids (energy and neuroprotection).

Try to avoid supplementing with too many micronutrients (selenium, chromium, CoQ10, Mg) - can get expensive and hard to maintain a steady intake, instead focus on getting them from natural dietary sources. (nuts, fish, dark leafy greens/roots) Focus on big-picture comedown health rather than on individual intricacies and you'll do good.

Tl;dr eat a reasonably calorific but nutrient and protien dense meal (fried fish and spinach salad on the side?). Try to get some sleep. Don't rely on more than 2 or 3 wacky ass multivitamins if you can help it.

Whenever I take any form of stims I always take 1 chelated mg tablet 30mins before, a couple hours after and then one before I goto bed and it seems to do its job, I get a good sleep and I feel ok in the morning.

Definition of ok is generally happy, not as happy as I would be if I didnt take the stim but a lot better than I would have been if I didnt take the chelated mg.

Whenever i start feeling the side effects getting worse, shoveling some food down always seems to have a massive impact on my high. Im sure this will help the comedown as well.

Proper nutrition and hydration is key. Also... Chelated Magnesium, multivitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, coconut oil, sleepy time tea.

I'd like to echo both tricomb and sekio's posts in here. Taking high doses of vitamin C will increase the rate at which amphetamine is excreted from your body as well and will reduce the duration of amphetamine's effects. Of course, when you're coming down...that's usually exactly what you want.
