What type of fan for grow cabinet?

For the confined space of a grow cabinet, would a cheap fan like the one shown below work? It is a PK dual speed unit. Here are the specs:

Two fans in one unit. The convenience of a two speed fan at the flick of a surface mount switch. The 125mm PK runs at either 230m3 or 360m3.

There just seems to be so many types of fan and I'm having difficulty in recommending a relatively expensive fan to my friend that will keep his plants nice and healthy.

Yeah, that would work. How big is the grow cabinet and how much money is that thing? Check more growing-oriented websites (rollitup, gardenscure, etc) for do-it-yourself PC case fans that you can make into usable fans. That's just a cheaper option if you are looking. The one you've mentioned would work fine really, assuming that the other factors are in check (heat/etc).
