What to do?

I just lost my dear aunt.And my dad is next..this is all playing out in in month. ...I have been clean..few months. and now i had used subs,meth,pills......and know alcohol and imovane 30mg+bottle of blue walker.
i cant see out of this constant blight,misery,hell,sorrow....I am starting to see the last line and I am next.

It's hard to deal with feelings sober. But it will be even harder when you go to the guilt of using.

I don't think they'd want their health to effect you so much. It's just the natural progression, sadly.
