Keep your dosages respectable (less than 30mg amphetamine equiv, no more than 200mg mdma equiv) and then you shouldn't have a problem. Get lots of sleep and eat a good healthy diet.
You should be able to do almost anything then (MDMA, amphetamine, mephedrone). Just don't do it too often and try not to redose.
I would listen to Sekio, as they seem to be correct in what they say.
You could assume that any stimulant will be considered "Neurotoxic" in an excessive dose; especially the powerful and highly-recreational ones, such as Methamphetamine. However, Amphetamines (non-Methyl ones), are apparently non-Neurotoxic at their commonly prescribed clinical-doses, making it simply a matter of not abusing them often or in high amounts. I believe that 30mg or less of Dexamphetamine has been shown to be roughly "safe" as far as any levels of brain damage go; especially with infrequent use and a healthy diet. The figure will change from individual study-to-study, but you'll find a common ground there.
I used to be extremely worried about all of the things you've asked, especially after I put myself through hell with Methamphetamine binges. I did all of the research back before I got my Dexamphetamine prescription, but I couldn't tell you anything specific; I was very high, and it was a long time ago. But something I can tell you is, that your memory may even improve with infrequent use, as mine seems to have. Either way, no stimulant should really worsen your memory, unless you're binging like crazy anyway...
