I have been working out off and on for about 10 years. I have been lifting on a regular basis for for about 18 months.
I am 6'1" 229. I have roughly 13% body fat. I am 25 years old. I am a anabolic steroid virgin. I take expensive vitamins and always consume large amounts of protein (powder mainly, eggs or baked chicken otherwise) after workout. I also regularly use a creatine/protein/amino acid combo prior to workout. My vitamins contain nearly all of the amino acids (plenty of glutamine as well). My diet has been good throughout the last year and a half.
I have plateaued for about 5 weeks at 455 on bench press, 630 on squat, and 745 on dead lift. I typically do power lifting workouts instead of body building.
I am considering a cycle of deca-durabolin and equipoise (not sure of doses, but I do know it is a huge needle into your ass). The second option is a shorter cycle of Hgh (it is way more expensive)
A buddy of mine did 3 cycles (I believe) of the deca and equipoise and is 5'11" 238 and lean as hell. He is an absolute beast. You can see veins and muscle definition that you rarely see. He put on about 21 lbs after his cycles. He said he had incredible energy throughout. His different maxes and rep weights went up often and he put on weight every week with a shrinking waist line as well. He became more and more lean (I know power lifting is more about mass and body building is more about definition, but still).
I am aware of the necessity of hormone supplements possibly during and certainly following a cycle.
I take Cymbalta 60 1x, Lamotrigine 200mg 1x, and Vyvanse 60 mg 1x for my bipolar. I smoke weed fairly often and opiates to a lesser extent. I hate benzos, and my Vyvanse takes care of the desire for speed.
