I want to quit doing as many drugs as I'm doing. Currently I'm giving up tobacco to lead a healthier life, but I'm still using MDMA, Alcohol and Marijuana.
I'm still young and and party during the weekend. I mix Alcohol with MDMA and then smokes a joint to fall asleep. Very unhealthy lifestyle as you can see. Which one (out of the three) should I use, for less negative long-term-effects? Please show any studies/source to support you answer.

To get a understanding of how much I use per time:
Alcohol: 1 wine bottle, or 30 cl of vodka
Mdma dose: 250-500 mg
I only put weed here because even though it might not do you much physical damage most people I know who smoke weed smoke everyday. And many of them have said they've become a lot more slow-thinking, memory problems, anxious, anti-social etc.
Also I heard with alcohol, if you detox the liver can recover much faster. Don't know if you can recover from much MDMA and WEED use. This is what I mean.
