What happened to my friend?

So I had these purple dolphins that 3 of my friends and I had all consumed. We each chewed 2 and we all rolled pretty hard.

I had like 5 left so at school this morning my friend bought 2 from me and chewed em up right there in second period. I will also note that he had only rolled once before this.

By the time third period "rolls" around, 45 minutes later, he comes over to me and asks me to go outside with him.
We get outside and he pukes his guts out.
A teacher saw and made him go to the nurses office.
He ended up going home.

I called him like 2 hours later and he said after puking the nausea went away but he didnt feel super good. He said he just felt really weird?

Does anyone have any idea why these pills made him sick / did not make him have a normal roll when they worked fine for everyone else?

Other information: He drank A LOT of water (probably 3 or 4 bottles) in the 45 minutes from when he took them to when it started hitting him. Also I repeat he did CHEW them. Both at the same time.

mdma does make many people have nausea specially if the dose is above there threshold.

they probably just made him feel sick so he threw up. X can cause nausea. just wasnt his morning to roll.

No he didnt, infact this was only the second time he had ever taken ecstasy.

I see that the vomiting can be normal but the part that confused me was the fact that he said he didnt roll after that he said he just felt hella weird? Mainly he said he was having extreme De Ja Vu.

Do you think that puking at school etc. made him scared and all that anxiety prevented him from enjoying the roll?

Some people just don't have 'normal' rolls. Everyone's brain chemistry is different. Is he on anti-depressants, perhaps? SSRI's, the most commonly prescribed class of anti-depressants, directly affect your flow of serotonin, essentially blocking the euphoric effects of ecstasy and leaving you feeling cracked out and zoned instead.

Not trying to ruffle any feathers, but rolling at school? That would make me vomit too, I think. >_<

Thank you, appreciate the support as Im trying to help the kid out for not only his safety, but health.

We all were young, but give me a break, rolling and wasting seratonin, and being ROLLIN BALLZ at school is asking for trouble, and just stupid.

The fact I got flamed for trying to educate, kinda shows just how stupid some people have gotten after all the mdma use I guess. But hey, stupid people will be stupid I guess??

One of the best things about rolling is not HAVING to control yourself, though. To be able to run up to someone, tell them you love them, and give them a big hug or a kiss. At school you can't do that as easily (didn't always stop me, but I was generally on an off-period).

well ya, thats true. i time my rolls so i peak at lunch, then i just go home after. i pop the pill in my second to last class, then in my last class ill be rolling but my teacher is an idiot, and i sit in between two friends who i can talk to and tell im rolling and shit.
