Ritalin is not an amphetamine. I know it is a CNS stimulant. I forgot the exact word for the drug type it belong into, a rather obscure word. Not a eugeroic like Modafinil either. Help me out here. How is it compared to the amphetamines? Is it speedier than "speed"? I've read it is supposedly "mild" than amphetamines. Kinda weird.

methylphenidate hydrochloride USP?

You could just google this? Not sure if this is the right forum to answer whatever it is youre asking?

It's a dopamine reuptake inhibitor similar to cocaine. When it'd it gave me a Coke like high with no bell ringer.

Yet Ritalin is considered "mild"? Some people say it is harsh than Adderall. Strange.

Ritalin/ Methylphenidate resembles cocaine as they work the same way in the the brain. Adderall resembles amphetamines for the same reason. The difference between them are that cocaine blocks certain "pathways" in the brain causing a build up of dopamine. Amphetamines don't block the "pathways" but instead "open" them causing an overflow of dopamine. Ritalin doesn't have the euphoric value as speed, but does make you spun and totally wired. It's all about what works for you. I personally LOVE ritalin!
