What does it mean when a pill is 'Smacky' or 'Mash-E'???

It means that the pill has a lot of heroin in it. Most pills have heroin in them anyway but if they're smacky then they have quite a bit which may bring you down quicker or make the comedown worse.

"Smacky" E Means the pill is most likely 3,4 MethyleneDioxy-N-EthyleneAmphetamine, "Speedy" E is 3,4 MethyleneDioxy-N-Amphetamine, "Normal" E (What you want) is 3,4 MethyleneDioxy-N-MethyleneAmphetamine.
MDEA/MDE is shorter lasting (2-3 hours), stones you out more (less energy, more stoned="smacky") and MDA is longer lasting (8+ hours) and is more speedy. Both MDEA/MDE and MDA do not give you the "love" feeling as much as MDMA. However, MDEA/MDE (and ASFAIK, MDA) is easier to make. When you make MDMA, at one point you will have MDEA/MDE... some lazy/cheap/unethical chemists will stop at that point and just sell it rather than finish the job and make it into MDMA.
When you swallow heroin, IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING. H is NOT active when taken orally, codeine is. I have swallowed Heroin. I lived with a junkie who over the years swallowed a LOT of heroin (always to avoid arrest btw). It doesn't do anything other than upset your stomach. There has NEVER been a lab tested pill that has contained heroin, and there has been ONE admitted slimebag who added a SMALL amount of heroin to his pills, in an attempt to get people "hooked" on his pills. It didn't work, and he stopped doing it. (Was a club owner who pressed his own pills)
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but this is an OLD rumor, kept alive by the media and people who like to try and scare people... "X? didn't you know that stuff is made of heroin and coke and acid and (insert evil drug here)? That stuff is dangerous!"

I have always thought of a smacky bean as one that knocks you on your ass...like you got the smack down...hehe
Your explanation makes sense rob...though it is not always the case as you probably know.

I broke my nose once a while ago, and I didn't wanna shoot it, and smoking it was a waste, and there was no way in hell I was waiting a month to do another bag. So I took I straw and put it as far back in my mouth as I could, and sucked reaaallll hard.
I got my bag down. And I got high. Just as high as if I snorted it. I did this for a month. I also tried drinking it... That made me vomit, but it worked.
