Okay so I've decided to start working out again and am really just trying to gain back some strength so I'm doing P90X, which I have done before, to try to get back into shape so I can start going hard again.
Hears how my plan goes:
Breakfast
2-3 whole eggs or oatmeal
Lunch
Chicken breast and broccoli
Dinner
Some sort of lean meat either chicken lean steak
Snacks:
Protein shake, almonds, fruit.
I also take a multivitamin for post workout.
Any suggestions?
Drinks
Skim Milk (post-workout) and an occasional monster, but lots of water.
