What Are You Reading V.3 At The Fourth Grade Level

i am reading the great gatsby...but for the sake of 4th grade level, i just finished the 50 shades series

'Corporate Strategy and Financial Analysis' by John Ellis & David Williams - more effective than flublam for a nights sleep, interesting at times too - confirms Tony Soprano's quote, 'Shit flows down, money flows up'.

And - 'What Every Body is Saying' an ex-FBI agents guide to speed reading people - Joe Navarro

I've stopped reading for pleasure since doing my degree... So currently An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding. Joy of joys.

Just finished Gillian Flynn's Dark Places. I think Mr Bear would enjoy this.

A nice easy read thriller for late tired bedtimes, nothing taxing but beautifully written and full of suspense.

Just to update: i finished Adam Roberts 'The Thing Itself' - and it was excellent - mindbending in places (i'm now awaiiting the arrival of AK (applied Kant) technology). I think he should win a booker prize for something - if Margaret Atwood can win it by dressing up sf as 'literature', he should win it (he has been shortlisted for 'Yellow Blue Tibia')

Just started Tricia Sullivan 'Occupy Me' - the blurb says something about angels, but i know the author enough to not want to read the blurb too closely in case it puts me off - she does good intelligent sci-fi/speculative fiction that's always engaging and human (someone to watch over me, dreaming in smoke, lethe, sound mind, double vision are all good reads).
