I live in state with 4 stardard plate options and a permanent trailer plate and about 25-50 custom plates( rough guess) There are also so many vanity plates it's sad and funny, people don't get them approved like Fah Q or fahQoff ect. And your state ranks in place for intelligence behind new Hampshire by .1 point his 22nd. Mine 25th by intelligence, although I question their elitist to normal down to earth people. ( your state has great colleges, his state I doubt would allow it although I bet a few have gotten past the censors at the DMV or whatever his state, can't remember even though I know that state very very well.
