Ever since I went through that bottle of GHB a few days ago I've been having odd sleep issues.

Last night, for example, during the ~3 hours of sleep I was able to get I had 3 very vivid dreams - all that my mother was in my room. Every single time at one point I wake up and started to talk aloud to my mother, who obviously wasn't there.

It wasn't scary like my sleep paralysis, but definitely something I've never experienced before. It reminded me of delusions on a deliriant drug. Definitely just dreams and not some hallucination or delusion, but worrisome none the less.

I'm hoping this is temporary. My brain probably has a lot of healing to do from the years of falling asleep drunk and sleep deprivation.

Isn’t it the deeper the sleep you have the less dreams you have. I thought I read somewhere that we remember dreams from shallower parts of the sleep cycle. Maybe you are not under deep enough thanks to your disrupted sleep cycle / brain chemistry so are in touch with much more of your dreaming. As your sleep improves you might remember less of what your head thinks about at night.

Yeah judging by the time I am asleep this is happening right after my REM cycle before the deep sleep cycle. I believe I am waking up right as my brain tries to transition to the 4th stage of sleep.

I'm tired as shit right now but don't feel like going back to sleep. Just going to take a nap during the day.
