VIZIO smart TV/WIFI/Kindle? Help!

VIZIO smart TV deleted the WIFI password. The physical copy of the password I had last (not the one on Router)
I have a very straight laced, conservative housemate and my klonopin withdrawal and health in general- I am a mess. Not asking to reset the router.
All I have it on are an unrooted Android phone (no room to download apps- too broke for SD card) as well as Kindle fire (saved as in auto connect)
Also my google emails are linked and Amazon account (to password). VIZIO smart TV doesn't have a browser, nor has Amazon Video EVER worked, even after a factory reset.
I get this is a luxury problem. Having said that if I don't find a solution to this I'm going to go more insane. I've tried for 2 weeks- anyway to actually see or share my wifi passes from those places?

why don't you just log into your router and find the password?
