Victoria Police considering introducing roadside saliva drug tests

Looks like SA may be following suit here..
There is a front page 'exclusive' in The Advertiser today.
It talks about how drugs and driving has been less of an issue due to the traditional focus on drink driving.
At this stage they are setting up an investigation group, apparently, and will be monitoring how victorian police go about the situation.

The seven-member working group – made up of traffic police, legal officers, and drug and alcohol policy section officers – would examine all options including the drug-testing of motorists as was now happening in Victoria. It's actually happening already? I still can't find any evidence that it's begun, and I would have thought there'd be far more media coverage if it had indeed started. I can only assume the "as was now happening" comment refered to the research into the possibility, rather than the actual act of testing.
Anyone know of any articles with more info relating to the Victorian roadside drug testing (or anywhere else for that matter)?
