I was taking Risperdal 6mg because of supposed psychosis and schizophrenia, which was a misdiagnosis. My current neurologist has diagnosed me as possible bipolar.
Anyway, the risperdal left me feeling anhedonic and less excited about everything. I think that this is because of lowered dopamine levels.
I am trying to counteract this effect and go back to the person that I was who was always excited about doing things.
For this, I am taking selegiline, l-tyrosine, piracetam and occasionally cannabis.
Considering l-phenylanaline, 5-HTP, etc..
What should I do for reversing the effects of the antipsychotic. Is there anything that will help or is this state permanent. I have done a lot of research and don't find that there is any specific antidote to risperdal.
Any chemical explanation or drug advice would be greatly appreciated.
