I remember Hale Bop. Didn't that cult Heaven's Gate ride out on that comet when they committed suicide? That was the intent. I did see that comet and it was visual. I also remember, at least talking about it in school, comet Kehotec.

Some thought it would be the end of the world, just like 2000 NY s evening.

Well we are still here ! I think if a meteor wants to kill me it will and what a graceful death. Death by Space Rock, i pray for such a spectaculair death.
But life ain t working like that. When its time its time.

My neighbor always used to look through a telescope and watch the moons around Venus and said there were like crafts flying around the moons. And said it was some kind of aliens space crafts.

I think it is just a lot of movement around in the atmosphere.


Also, yes you are correct. Mars is the 'red planet'. It used to be the symbol of war and bloodshed in ancient times.


Mars and Venus can be seen naked ... with your eye. hehee.
