No questions, just thought i'd give you all my two cents on vaporizing.
I got my 1st vaporizer recently, nothing special just an EasyVape Digital. Got it pretty cheap off ebay, i wasnt really in a financial situation to fork out a few hundred to buy a HerbalAire or an Iolite, just incase i wasnt a fan of vaporising, but i'm definitly a big fan now.
So i turned the vapo on, let it heat up and burn of any nasty's from manufacturing for about 20min, set it to 140C (285F) loaded up some tobacco, took a toke and coughed for about 5min. I never been able to smoke tobacco, dunno why.
This was a bit disheartening, so i cut up about .5g of some nice bud, loaded the wand, and started vaping. I started at about 150C (300F), took a few nice tasty breaths, then turned it up to 160C (320F) did the same, then to 175C (350F) and finally to 192C (378F). I ended up vaping the whole .5 in about 10-15min.
I have to say that that night was absolutly amazing, so high, just chilling in my room, virtually no smell (toasted nuts maybe?). I swear i wouldnt have been anywhere near as high as i was even if i'd smoked the same amount in cones.
I've done abit of testing at different temps and i've found that low temp vaping gives me an awake head high, while high temp vaping gives me a full body stone (if that makes sense)
That said, there are a couple of downsides to vaporizing. They're not very portable (unless you get something like the Iolite) and they're fragile (too many glass parts). But the amount of bud you conserve, the lack of smell, shear potency and health benefits of vaporizers make them worth it IMO.
Now vaping isnt for everybody, and i still enjoy the regular joint, but if you've never given vaporizing a thought it might be something to look into.
