Hey y'all, I'm new to this so forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong thread. I've recently been trying to move away from your typical street drugs (mostly just a lot of weed and other standard hallucinogens), and trying some over the counter herbs and such both for a bit of entertainment and to treat some mild insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Anyway, I have previous experience with valerin in some tea I tried for insomnia, I thought it worked pretty well except for a quick tolerance build-up, but it was just tea that I doubt was too heavy on it anyway. I just picked up some valerin tincture I'm going to try out, but I was curious about mixing it with L-theanine. Has anybody tried them in combination before? I did a search on here and couldn't find anything on it, and a google search that told me there weren't any known side effects, but I tend to be hesitant about trying combinations of different drugs without some research or someone else who has been there advising me. So if you have, let me know about what you experienced. Sorry if this is already a thread somewhere, again I'm new to this forum stuff. Thanks.

Its not dangerous at all. Ive done it a million times. Just makes me a little sleepy.

If u want to combine l-theanine with something i can highley recommend to combine it with caffeine. This because of the benefits of l-theanine counteracts the side affectes of caffeine (jitters, resteless). i saw you asked about the side affects. L-theanine is a sbustance of green tea, which is around for ages. Because it's from green tea there are no side affects with l-theanine. however if u gonna mix it with valerin i would like to know your experience with it :D. if u need more research i got it from these sources
