Hi All!

I write this message to share with you all how do I feel now after abusing mdma 3 months ago.

The symptoms that I feel right now:

Strong anxiety specially in the mornings.

Depersonalization and derealization.

My symptoms fluctuate a lot, usually I do feel better at the end of the day, night times feel good to me, almost back to myself.

I also have to say that in those 3 months, I had 3 days where out of nowhere suddenly I did felt good almost perfect so that means that if I have being able to feel good in 3 separate occasions then I might not be brain damaged and I am just going threw a generalised anxiety disorder that brings other symptoms like derealization.

What do you guys think about? If I have been able to feel 100% good in 3 different days then there is no way I am brain damage from the drugs and it has to be some kind of anxiety disorder isn't it?

Can any of you guys relate with any of this? And if yes, how long it took you to recover once you started experiencing with those good days feeling yourself again?

Hey Mac.. I glad to hear you are doing better=D what have you been doing to promote neuroregulation? How are your sleep habits, what about aerobic exercise in the morning, have you tried using benadryl to see if this may have a positive result?

I would not worry... It's all a matter of time , nothing in your brain can be unfixable. =) Promise!

Hi macenroe I am also still in recovery but unfortunately I did not test the product I ingested last year dec 1 2012 to be exact. I still have an annoying symptom (head pressure with moving sensations) in my head but I am feeling a lot better compared to the first three months. It looks like you are healing faster so you definitely do not have brain damage. What really help me and is still helping is eating as healthy as you can and exercising. I hope you recover faster so best of luck to you ♡

Hey outta curiosity have you ever gotten an EEG or MRI. I have the same symptoms as you that's y I ask. Moving head sensations and head pressure at times

Some people are just prone to anxiety but that doesn't mean everyone will have anxiety for that long. Everyone's different and we can't compare ones recovery to another even if some of the symptoms are pretty similar.

Having said this, anxiety will be different for everyone, if you currently have anxiety whether you have used drugs or not, there are ways you can do to deal with your anxiety but at please try to do natural methods first before goin into anxiety medication.

Yes... This..

Our brains are more powerful than we give them credit for.

Are you positive that what you ingested was MDMA?

wouldn't be surprised if it was some dirty methylone or mephedrone.. most molly is this nowadays

^yep it could have been not mdma tbh but its done and we can't go back so what we need to do now is cope as to whatever we have and try to live life. Anxiety is not a death sentence and we can find ways to be happy. At least we are alive right?

Very true maya :)

We're alive, and now it's part of our lives that we need to address.

Just a side note about anxiety in general... I've found that by "immersing" myself in the anxiety and just letting it play out I'm better able to cope with it, rather than running to my bottle of benzos.
