We all know about Free Speech, Right to Bear Arms, Right to Remain Silent, Right to no Cruel and Unusual Punishment, but not many people have read the 9th Amendment:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the People.

The only exceptions to the Controlled substances act are Religious, Medical and the possibility that the act violates the 21st Amendment on its face.

21 U.S. Code § 802 - Definitions

(32) (A) Except as provided in subparagraph (C), the term “controlled substance analogue” means

a substance— (i) the chemical structure of which is substantially similar to the chemical structure of a controlled substance in schedule I or II


So this means that analogues of all Schedules III, IV, etc are not controlled substances

Only Analogues of Schedule I and II Substances have Human Consumption regulations, Schedule III, IV & V Analogues have no Human Consumption Rule.

Analogues of all of these are 100% Uncontrolled

Schedule III Includes:
Ketamine, Testosterone, Suboxone, Phendimetrazine, Buprenorphine, Butabarbital, Benzphetamine.

And depending on the concentration and what it is mixed with (can be mixed with Caffeine or Aspirin), Hydrocodone, Codeine and Dihydrocodeine switch between Schedule II and Schedule III

Schedule IV Includes:
Diazepam (Valium), Alprazolam (Xanax), Clonazipam (Klonapin), Zolpidem (Ambien), Carisoprodol (Soma), Pentazocine, Butorphanol, Ativan (Lorazepam), Tramadol, Phentermine, Suvorexant, Methohexital, Flurazepam, Propoxyphene, Quazepam, Meprobamate, Triazolam, Chlordiazepoxide, Eszopiclone, Fospropofol, Armodafinil (Nuvigil), Modafinil (Provigil), Clobazam, Paraldehyde, Estazolam, Temazepam, Oxazepam, Phenobarbital, Zaleplon, Clorazepate

The drug laws (the Controlled Substances Act) are in violation of the Free Exercise Clause of the Constitution, similar to how it violates this same Clause in Native American and Santo Diame cases. It is also possible the act violate the 21st Amendment, which legalized not alcohol or fermented drinks, but all intoxicating liquors, and by the definition of intoxicating liquor, Bhang is an intoxicating liquor (The Controlled Substances Act was written when it was found that the Marijuana Tax act violated the Fifth Amendment and was overturned, the Controlled Substances Act may need to be overturned due to 21st Amendment violations). There are very few Supreme Court cases involving the 21st Amendment, and no one has ever brought up to the Supreme Court the point that the 21st Amendment legalizes intoxicating liquors. The 21st Amendment was ratified in 1933 The drug laws at that time were based on the Harrison Narcotics Tax act, which did not make narcotics illegal but taxed them and limited importation from foreign countries. Around this time most every drug could be bought at a Drug store, and much of the time it would be in syrup form and mixed with Soda. This is where Coca-Cola comes from, which was originally made with the Coca leaf.

Sasha Shulgin used to invent brand new Molecules that had never been recorded before, and then he would taste them to discover their effects.

Here is how tasting works.

Sasha would invent a new Molcule, similar in structure to an existing molecule. And he would use different tests to see what the Molecule looked like, for example he had a machine that could tell him a few things, and if you put bromide on a molecule and it turns to blood colored or white you can tell it has different things attached to it.

Then, he would take this new Molecule, measure out 1µg and eat it.

Then over 3-4 days he would record the effects, if any, using a scale of +, ++, +++ or ++++
And the 3rd or 4th day he would take 5µg

Then 3-4 days later 10µg

Then 3-4 days later 15µg

Until he found the threshold dosage. At which point he would invite others to try it so he could see how it effected different people. Then they would compare the effects to other things they had taken and determine the Structure Activity Relationship (SAR).
