Wish the part about Dems wasn't kinda true (Still the lesser of evils)
Sometimes I think the Dems are paid to lose. There's a conspiracy theory for ya.

Well, in addition to serving their own agendas and that of their cronies, a tertiary goal is to serve the people of their state and/or constituency. I do still have faith that there are some passionate people who go into politics for all the right reasons and with the right intentions, both liberals and conservatives. I try to avoid cynicism. I also think that in time, the system buckles most of these people in various ways ranging from total moral meltdowns to lesser transgressions of an unethical or illicit nature. I imagine the same is true of law enforcement agents who inevitably are corrupted by the system and the power society grants them. At best, they at least become complicit within this system. But then, campaigns are expensive and it takes heavy funding to get into positions of high power. So lobby interests are created and various interest groups lobby politicians, skirting campaign finance reform laws with political action committees. These loopholes were written into the law by the very people who benefit from the loopholes… Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? (Latin: "Who watches the watchers?")I wish they were gunnin it out to serve the majority of the population.
It's tempting to be cynical and sarcastic, I know. I get it – Congress is filled with mostly dimwits who can't seem to get anything accomplished beyond fighting and filibustering. But it's better not to approach things this way.Ha how silly would that be.
I don't see enough reason yet to believe in any serious conspiracies. The video @Mr. Krinkle shared is from a show full of right-wing opinion pieces, thin on facts, and heavy on obvious card-carrying Republicans. They make it their job to twist every story ridiculously right, downplaying any GOP flubs & amping the shit out of any anti-Democrat notion or opinion. Good journalism is hard to come by these days, though, that's true for the whole political spectrum. We have a tendency to huddle together in our own political spheres, which is a real shame as it only divides us more and more.I would suspect a conspiracy immediately at this point lol
All I see is that Trump is hated because his presence has never been presidential enough.
if you read back through many threads in ce&p, you'll find many, many more reasons than that.

wait Clintons sexual escapades were too much for you but the convicted sex offender (r@pist xmany) on the Epstein list. (right next to Clinton in fairness)? Word? Oh ok he didn't sleep with Stormy Daniels in a way she felt uncomfortable with? Thats crazy I heard guilty 34 times.Everyone who lives to hate Trump since he became President in 2016 all hate him for the same reasons. I would love to see an original thought and a reason that is not mainstream. All I see is that Trump is hated because his presence has never been presidential enough.
I will admit that I did not like him at first. My reason was that he was rude during the debates with Clinton and did not follow debate rules. I did not think he was being funny and at that time, I would have preferred Hillary Clinton had won, for many reasons. However, thanks to the left folk, the politicians as well as the citizens, I now support him 100%.
And the shooting has nothing to do with it.
Just throwing out a few reasons I slowly ended up being a strong supporter; he is easy to dislike, but I do not know this man personally, so I don't give a shit and he doesn't know I am alive. Why am I going to expel any negative thoughts toward another citizen over a person who doesn't know I am alive and what I think. I am a Republican, but I vote for whomever I think will do the best job for reasons that are educated, seemingly sound, and not just reasons the mainstream everyday citizen has.
I voted for Reagan (sp), then Bush, Sr., then Bush, Jr. (liked his sincerity on the Oprah interview and he was simple, "I want to be President . . ."), then I voted for Bill Clinton; would've voted for Gore, but the who Luwensky thing and his lying on TV that he didn't have sexual relations, etc., turned me off. My dad always said that it isn't the shame in doing it, it is lying and getting caught. I voted for Obama because -- come on . . .who are we kidding? Those speeches. I felt that everything was okay with him in the White House and how he carried himself left alot of things he did not so well-stomached by many, ignored or not thought about as a negative. That is really how a successful politician should behave. Act as if nothing has happened, even if it has.
I didn't vote in the 2016 election. When Trump won, I thought to myself that things would never be boring after that. When Trump went after the Central Park boys the way he did and never apologize, that is wrong on so many levels. Being a divorced not once, but two times, leaving his first for the second, and being unfaithful to boot shows a man who is a man. . . wanting to get laid with other women besides his wife. He has paid for his indiscretions financially and a man who is Trump can only get these incredible woman because of his success.
Yes, he has gone bankrupt several times over. But he got right back on top again. He has had many business ventures and many of them have failed. Yet, I don't see any of the millions of jerks bitching about what a loser he is when not one has the balls to try anything of that magnitude with no fear of failing just to try something else new and or different. Look at what he has taken on, with no fear of failing only to say "oh, well, I was the best at it, but it failed." He is the eternal optimist. His confidence is why his children adore him and are capable enough to even assist in the White House. Have you seen or heard of one of his kids doing anything remotely in the vacinity that Biden's kids have done or seen what his daughter has made it clear about....that Biden was dysfunctional to the point where his son is suffering greatly to do such harm to himself and his life.
Why is it okay for Biden to boast about the way he told the Ukraine folks to get rid of someone or there would be not funding, which is corrupt in itself let alone criminal. Then Trump questions Biden's actions, and he is impeached for it. That is when I started to hate the Lefties and see what was going on.
Before Trump could even take office, a plan was hatched to get rid of him. Are you kidding me? And his cabinet members, people who work with him. They found reasons and reasons the left does every day only worse. Pelosi and all of the cabinet have made themselves very wealthy with insider trading. Public servants my ass. The socialist bullshit is never ending. Since when do we put people in Congress who only serve their own self-interests -- from a place in the world that rejects everything that is America? Outside influences, my friends. Does that not concern you? I have not problem with any one coming to America and making a new life for themselves, or for refugees, etc. But 911 happened, after the years it took for the terrorists to come here, learn to fly airplanes in America, then use our own plane as instruments of death.
Where was everyone? Asleep at the wheel, some knew about it even helped it happen. The corruptness goes on. The Patriot Act. Edward Snowden. And Russia is keeping Snowden safe. Do you think they just let him live in Russia and do not bother him at all? Every one and every person has been put into place for a reason that some one or some corporation wants -- for self-benefit. And we let it keep going on, turning on one another. This is exactly what our enemies have been wanting and planning for decades. The politicians are sold out, Congress is bought and paid for and the Senate is grandstanding but doing nothing that has made any difference. The Supreme Court is the one branch that if some of you would read opinions of this Court, would see that many personal political opinions are left aside. The Supreme Court has integrity which is more than I can say for any one else in the government.
The Roe v Wade ruling was unconstitutional in how it came about. That is it. The Court cannot make law, it interprets it. That was the mistake that caused the over turn. It should be with the States to begin with and the Federal government should not be involved in this. But the government should not worry about what is going on with a person's personal medical issues, and women....and I am a woman...we have always had the power. The nonstop bitching about how men have supressed us and all the historical shit is pure female.
I was angry about the Trump kids in the White House? What did they know about politics? They wanted to help their father since no one in that town respects the office of the President anymore, they only cared about getting him out because they don't like him. Because he didn't belong there? No, because he had the balls to be obnoxious enough to be blunt and start telling everyone what everyone else is doing, has been doing and that he has always done. The ousting of the obvious is intolerable.
The Democrat leaders are hyprocrits and will do the illegal and ugly to get what they want and get away with it because they know the Republican leaders have not balls to stop the Democrats. As long as they let them get away with it, they will go out of their way and create new laws and fabricate witness and crimes to stop a political opponent. And people should realize that Trump has not been found guilty of molesting or sexually assaulting anyone by a group of his peers. The civil suit by a woman who was taken by her word alone and not one bit of evidence allowed a court of law with judges who have no right to be on the bench abuse the system to go after a person because of personal feelings and hate. This abuse is setting a standard that anyone now can be railroaded for any reason and be destroyed. There is not rule of law in this country anymore. And the double-standards are sickening.
The remarks that Trump knows will throw people into a hissy fit are the remarks that they really think he would believe and that he would do something serious with. So, he makes a bunch of stupid assanine remarks. No one is nor did they believe them as fact. yet the other side has said and one serious things to hurt the entire population. And then they blame Trump.
Since this president came into office, madness has ensued and this country looks like its citizens are a bunch of baffoons. But it's all Trump's fault
After all, the man can't even have an assassination attempt against him without the morons considering that it was staged. And there you have it.

with red font :wg:If you understand the legal system at all you know you are TRYING to blow the weakest smoke screen ever.
I love how I'm reading all of these batshit speculation conspiracy theories based on unbelievable assumptions ppl are making. Like damn, I didn't know we had so many Bluelighters with Secret Service experience around here, all of them arms experts, too, with extensive training and advanced knowledge on ballistics and crime scene forensics.
Motherfuckers who have no fucking clue what they're talking about are making wild statements about gun injuries, for example, and no one evidently has ever heard of a graze wound from a bullet. Thank God someone used Snopes to stop people from spreading a ridiculous rumor about broken glass. FFS, the stray bullets took one life and critically wounded two others. Within moments of when the shooter fired, counter-sniper gunfire neutralized him near-immediately. They were alerted moments before the shooter opened fire. The timing is not at all problematic or indicative of conspiracy. And I'm all for skepticism, but see there's being skeptical and then there are people who are just insistent that everything is a conspiracy, no matter how ridiculous. They start bending facts to match their illogical theory, especially if they think it helps validate their exaggerated political views, doubly so if they can use it to condemn their political rivals. Logic, reason, and accountability go right out the window, and both sides do it.
The U.S. voting system of "winner takes all" encourages heavily bipartisan politics. This is so polarizing that people vote against the candidate they dislike/hate the most, rather than a candidate they genuinely like, with a few exceptions like Obama, Reagan, Kennedy, FDR… However, the U.S. is not the only country experiencing a shift toward far right politics. This is happening in France, Germany, Australia, Brazil, and the U.K., too. I try to see it as a natural pullback necessary for real progress to take root next time. We take two or three steps in the right direction and it's healthy to take a step back once in a while before trailblazing forward again. Far left politics are as bad as far right politics, if not worse. You know the Nazi's executed some ~6 million Jews, but Stalin allowed, what, like ~20 million people to starve to death in the Gulags? Reactionary nationalism is a bad idea.
Many like to point out that the shooter donated $15 to the DNC when he was 17 but then a year later registered to vote as a Republican. Leftist ppl say he was Republican; rightists say he was working for the Democrats. – presumably on a suicide mission – or that the whole thing is a setup. Just to point out what must not be evident to everyone: someone can be a Republican and still despise Donald J. Trump. Similarly, one can be a Democrat and disapprove of Biden, Harris, Schumer, Pelosi, AOC, or whomever they want. Note: politics are not the NFL.

No conspiracy is even necessary here. It doesn't matter what the kid's politics were or whether he was trying to impress Jodie Foster…Crazy knows no social boundaries. True story.
^Echoed strongly, and has some reverberation coming from mine. I did mention the blood packets used in wrestling and hollywood. You wanna see the wound; I wanna see the bloody slug. snopes has the best picture of the wound I have seen and it still doesn't quite line up for me.Ok I'll bite. lol Here is what I think happened. Keep in mind it is just a theory as we don't have a lot of facts. Trump and team hired someone to shoot close to trump. Trump had one of those blood capsules that the wrestlers do. So instead of saying ouch he breaks the capsule by his ear and then tries to compare himself the Theodore Roosevelt. (who really got shot and gave a speech). What the shooter that they picked did not know is he would be shot.
^ (apologies if that has been said already)
Not much medical info on trump. Show us your wound.
Lastly it is good to see people upset at the whole political system that goes beyond parties. People can be screwy. That does not belong to only one side. But I do believe everything trump accuses others of is stuff he would do.
Best thing lawmakers could do now is get a law passed that 70 is the age limit to run for president. But people are only interested in winning, not truly taking care of the American people. I see individual people that are decent. Not whole parties.
I'm rather interested in whether the ear injury was caused by shrapnel or not. Snopes focused on teleprompters and Trump's word and it could have been shrapnel from anything.Motherfuckers who have no fucking clue what they're talking about are making wild statements about gun injuries, for example, and no one evidently has ever heard of a graze wound from a bullet. Thank God someone used Snopes to stop people from spreading a ridiculous rumor about broken glass.
Thank you for presenting all the other mainstream reasons and truly unfounded actions by Trump to which never resulted in what has resulted since this administration (not Biden), or corporations who wanted to be the patsy for all that is bad, etc.wait Clintons sexual escapades were too much for you but the convicted sex offender (r@pist xmany) on the Epstein list. (right next to Clinton in fairness)? Word? Oh ok he didn't sleep with Stormy Daniels in a way she felt uncomfortable with? Thats crazy I heard guilty 34 times.

Wait now its the republicans with no balls? The people forming project 2025; I would think it takes some brass ones to tell people. "We are taking a shitload of your rights away and YOU WILL LIKE IT." That takes some brass ones. You going to go down in history as the monster you are; Im sure the smart ones know this is fact... To run an entire campaign on building a wall than NOT BUILD IT. Balls.
To say his political opponents are going after legally after trying (unsuccessfully) to LOCK HER UP (shit he failed on both promises didnt he?). But wait no he never said that he said 'lock her up'. BALLS. Do I even have to say hunter biden. Anyone you have ever known, I will even take secondhand: of someone being PROSECUTED for buying a gun while addicted to drugs WITHOUT A GUN CRIME coming forward first.
That is a tac on charge, not a sole investigation. Always after the fact circle back, kind of like sex crimes. (hmm)
If Biden was shot or shot at right now I would also be VERY SUSPICIOUS of the timing and situation. Shoot I almost wished someone would pierce his ear for him. Poor guy needs somethin goin on his side lol. You think I am a moron for questioning the narrative? See the kennedy assassination thread. I draw no conclusions, just put forth some HARD FACTS and let folks connect the dots. You do know Columbus did not "discover" America. A bunch of ethnicities, celts, vikings...pretty much any sea fairing people; Here before columbus.
I feel real bad for you if you don't question the narrative. Never believe something to be a fact until it is, always question the questioners. If something is unclear to you (If they are good they will want to make it as succinct and understandable as possible, if not; draw your own conlcusion,)
I see what too long didn't read is for now. Damn me hoping people typing in red font are going to have any good points.
I will give you the ONLY VALID reason to vote Trump. Since noone has mentioned it once. (dumbass democrat messin up again)
Trump handed that sweet sweet stimulus out and told people to stop working and he'd pay them WAY MORE. (Is it a suprise people weren't jumping back into those sweet 14k 40 hour a week cult-jobs?). YOU ARE HOPING FOR A HANDOUT, AGAIN. (I never saw my first one, if you look into how much of that money was stolen you will quickly see why ALOT of us never saw dime 1).
That is the valid reason. I am broke AF, working my ass off and still not making it. I have hopes (delusions) that he is going to do that shit again.
speaking of dollars the deficit is at HALF what it was when Orange Hitler went back to being "trustfund capone''. Well he did stage an insurrection after his term. That is politics??? Treason?? nah just sedition. The Jan 6th HOSTAGES TF, THEY KILLED ONE OF THOSE PRECIOUS BADGE MONKEYS. Isn't that bad still? Playing the Jan 6th song instead of the national anthem.
Again give me one good reason not to hate this man. And you can't use mine lol.
