Yes, of course, extended release tablets or pills would help a lot more during a taper process. I also used the tramadol ER and the effects lasted almost a day. Amazing.
 
Funny thing. I miss and crave Tapentadol more than Tramadol.

How do you combat these cravings? Will they get smaller over time til dissapear completely? Or will they always be present? :(
