my stools are usually hard as shit but I'm always able to go I have had a lot of blood for a few weeks now it's a bit concerning but I think it's just because of the constipation maybe I should get it checked out?

AFAIK, blood in the stool is only a cause for concern if it is a dark maroon color, which could indicate some kind of organ bleeding as the source. If the blood is a bright red color, it is usually nothing to worry about, just the result of minor cuts/tears produced in the struggle to have a bowel movement when constipated.
