to sober or not to sober

would you consider yourself sober if the only drug you use is subs i don't think that i'm sober when i'm using just subs but my dad thinks otherwise i'm just trying to see what the BL community has to say on the subject

I don't think subs only is sober, HOWEVER imo it is a helluva lot better than a nasty H or oxy habit.....and a lot more manageable. The only concern I would have is developing a nice fat tolerance to Bupe because detoxing off it (I hear) is hellish.

i feel like it would be staying sober if you took it only as prescribed but we don't do that we IV it for one
