Tianeptine and trying to get sober again before i steal from loved ones

After doing all the opiopds and rehabs I started to take Kratom for about 10 years. Now it doesn't work so I tried tianeptine and after a months I can't get off without feeling like death I'm going to try a methadone clinic. I'm also Trying to get into a sober living facility. My life is having a Mardi Gras parade down the toilet while I sit o. It. Any advice

What dose of tianeptine are you taking? Powder or the gas station "zaza" type stuff?
