The scene in Connecticut v.2

Station 58 is cool.
The people there were friendly, and dancers. :)

yeah, you don't think about being over 21 anymore because you can't get to the door, have a big scary man look at your ID and tell you you're not allowed in.
and the way you drive, idrani, is not only abuse of your car, it's a near death experience ;)
...kidding...

JF--thanks for the invite! unfortunately, as i think shawn told ya, he'll be in long island, and i'll be in westport, stuck with family and without a ride :( hopefully we can catch you sometime this year. i wanna meet the girl responsible for so many amazing designs ;)

Hey that's where I usually hang out ! Maybe i'll see you people up there even though you have no idea what I look like !

ACTUALLY . . . i went to a show at Toad's this spring (with my dear old dad, mind you) and the bouncers took one look at me at the door and said to my father, "I'm sorry sir, this is a 21+ show," and completely ignored his nephew who is only 18 or 19 at the most. It was more embarassing than scary.
On the other hand, last time i was at Station 58 the bouncer tried to flirt with me right in front of my boyfriend. THAT was a scary situation!
And you haven't had a near-death experience until you've been a passenger in Arun's car, which is WHY i do all the g.d. driving.

Ok, I know I'm a little slow, but Chrissy your first post said something like "when we get a car". Car you? I never thought I'd live to see the day, or need I remind you of our first trip to CT where you were quoted saying "Cars are evil" at least 8 times? Oh well, things change...especially when your old. ::mumbles off to go watch Matlock::

no, idrani, i don't plan on getting in a car with arun, especially now that you told me it's gonna die any day now.
and i have to work the day of yer shindig, chrissy... so i'd be able to make it, but not til like 9 or 10. but i have incentive to go, cuz i haven't seen red or eric in years. and of course my favorite married BL couple :)

haha eric, i hate cars
i still wont drive one
but buzzy sorta needs one to get to work
its not as easy to get around up here
as it is in nyc

you can't break out the Vodka, Red Bull, and peanuts untill you have the official "nut taker" on hand at all times ;)

who said i survived the damn thing yet?
and how many shirts should i have made? like, oh, 2500 and sell em on soe.com?? i'd make a fortune!
and you weren't a bad drunk. kinda funny, but you behaved, kev ;)
