Yeah. Heard on the news this morning they've been at it for another night. Fucking ridiculous. By the time they're done there will not be any restaurants or entertainment areas left to go to vaccine or no. No surprise that we're in agreement on this one. Although to me: the intent of setting people on fire before repercussions are warranted is setting the bar a bit low (which I'm sure comes as no surprise)!

Virgin was probably not the best term to use. I think most men looking for marriage want a girl that hasn't had that many partners. My personal limit is about 3 which is comparable to my own body count. I could have run it up way into the double or triple digits but I decided a long time ago that I wouldn't. It wouldn't be right to expect it from a partner if I'm a hypocrite about it.

If you have a bunch of partners it fucks up your ability to pair bond long term.

The Japanese animation is just popular because it tells stories about European folklore and traditional roles in society. I do have a problem with what I've seen lately though. I don't know where it's coming from but there is suddenly this narrative that anyone that ever looked at anime is a pedophile. I don't really watch much anime anymore but when I do I don't want to hear about politics. It's why I no longer watch sports or western media. I think a lot of people feel the same way about it. The Japanese media didn't start having stuff like that in it until very recently. It's really horrible if you don't know enough Japanese to follow along. I've seen subtitles that are wildly different than the correct English translation. Used to be that was just a pun or something that didn't translate. Now it's just straight up inserting woke culture into something that isn't even talking about it. The dubs are horrible to. There is only a small group of westerners allowed to do them and they're pretty horrible at their job.
