There have been a few obviously created accounts pop in here and suddenly support all kinds of new vaccine theory, and accounts like @massive where their posting history takes 7 year breaks until they are needed for support.

When you have to make accounts and create false identities to support the theories being pumped out why? Are you making money? What will you do with your money when all the people who make stuff aren't making stuff anymore?

It is as if the world forgot we need to get work done, I think some people believe money can somehow save them all on its own. Stopping the world from working is using up humanities reserves. Soon this foolishness will begin killing millions, once that begins the wars will come.

Considering how mild the virus has been and how strong natural immunity is, I will have another Pfizer jab when I'm legally required to... but I don't see why I need to keep getting jabbed forever honestly. I will admit... getting the virus has changed my perspective a bit.

There have been multiple outbreaks at work. Severely disabled people who are vaccinated are pretty much fine. Maybe it's like a bad flu. That's the worst we've seen. So, the vaccines protect them. They should vaccinate themselves. End of story.

The world needs to go back to normal.

so now, the only mutations that should appear, should only be more transmissible, which would then lead to it being even less pathological

Supposedly it's still around, but it's gonna get squeezed out because everybody's catching omicron and now they're good to go vs delta

so it's probably gonna run out of hosts

I am 60 this year.

Yeah (wrong thread but who the hell cares), i grew up in Northern Canada where the 60's didn't get there til the 90's.

Seriously the internet saved my life, the ability to communicate with other humans, who also by no choice of their own were being hunted and demonized. Being able to stand up to it and actually have the world stop gave me hope for humanity.

Around the time I was 23 the amount of hurt I received from this world for no reason beyond being born had me on a pretty dark path. But some people braver than I was back then stood up and began to make a huge difference.

Once the rock throwing stopped some of the gay community couldn't stop shouting, sorry about that but yeah, I think we are making a positive difference in society and it should be noted there are other groups society is cutting out for no real reason, maybe by being more inclusive and less fearful those other groups will also enhance society, not undermine it.
