Covid-19 The New Covid Megathread v.Oh-my-cron!

I just thought if I get desperate for a fix I'm gonna go to the cashier and say I have covid and if they don't pay up I'm gonna start coughing, a lot and sneezing to finally opiate withdrawal has it's usefulness lol seriously though when I'm getting into withdrawal one cough usually leads onto an uncontrollable coughing and sneezing fit I always turn away from anyone nearby but I don't think there's any better way to get people to want to avoid me thinking I have covid last time it happened at the bus stop and the people actually refused to get on the same bus as me bit harsh imo but hey no 🗣👥👥🗣👤🤦🙌😫😓🤕😨🤒😷😷😷

Maybe it's not a bad thing I missed my first vaccine again yesterday and not on purpose just because I'm a lazy cunt

It’s up to you bro, just make sure to really think about it and make sure your not doing it out of peer pressure or because the talking heads on tv told you too, if you e made it this far without the vaccine you prolly don’t need it tbh…
 
Are there some special symptoms for omicron?

With Covid I had fever only at night and temple/frontal lobe headache that was mild but persistent. No cough, no sneeze, bit of sinus congestion. The fever was the only thing outside of a cold.

The people I know that had it recently have said they pretty much had a head cold except that a lot of them say they also had an upset stomach like a flu or stomach virus where you're in the bathroom a bunch of times throughout the day. So I suppose that's a new symptom since I don't remember hearing that about earlier variants. Makes me wonder if they may have had the flu at the same time, after seeing news stories about Flurona...
 
Well I should go get tested again, I had a an above average sneezy coughing day. Coughing I blame on my habit to vape great tasting weed instead of burning it. But the sneezy general low feel might be omycrumb. Would be awesome to get this one on the done list quick.

FYI, although I have paid for the hospitals my entire working life I have used them only for broken bones and spurting blood issues. Once when I was swelling like a blowfish some firemen took me there but they decided nothing was working and just waited which I really could have done at home.

I am hopeful it is some variant and it brings my immunity back to full again. Tests are just about impossible right now right here though. Might be a random allergy or the terrifying world stopping covid.

Yeah, I went to work sick today. Symptoms didn't fit COVID and I wasn't working with anyone vulnerable. As the shift went on, my symptoms became worse. On the way home, I stopped into a bunch of pharmacies to try and find a rapid antigen test but they're all fucking sold out. Typical. How much can Australia fuck up? (Let me count the ways.)

So, the antigen tests are sold out. Fine. I drive myself to a fucking testing site so I can sit there - again - for a couple of hours with my thumb up my ass. This is my life now... except, hold on, the fucking testing sites are all closed down due to "overwhelming demand".

So, I'm not allowed to go to work unless I get tested... but there are no tests available?

This is getting fucking stupid.

I found someone I know with a box of RATs, luckily.

I never go to work when I’m sick it just seems like the polite thing to do, even if it’s not the soul snatching dreaded covid and just the common cold, nobody like being sick so I try to not spread the shit around
 
Oh yea and I was wondering, for any of you who are clean off dope does getting the flu kinda trigger you ? Like make you remember withdrawl and get the urge to score some dope to make it go away ? I have that problem every time I get sick
 
Needles trigger me, including vaccine needles. I always watch closely. When they're taking blood, that's the closest I've been to slamming something for years. It feels like someone is walking on my grave... in a good way.
