ISIS doesn't seem very interested in making regional allies. All they need to do is finally piss off Turkey and they will have every border state ready to intervene. This is good really, as ive been saying from the get go, this issue needs to have a regional resolution. They lost the battle of Kobane, which they spent a good deal of their efforts on holding. They lost Kirkuk, they're making concessions to the Iraqi military finally. Its going to be a very short reign of terror in Iraq until they're pushed back in to Syria.

Where I can only assume they'll receive copious amounts of aid from the US to continue their fight against Assad.

Once they piss off Turkey they will be fucked altogether as that is their only ally on their borders. They share many of the same interests such as making sure the Kurds never establish their own autonomous region so at this point they are still useful to Turkey. It just goes to show how stupid they are by killing those Jordanian hostages in such a barbaric way that Jordan has no choice but to respond even if they respond in such a retarded way as they have. So i think ISIS day's are numbered. That is unless they get pushed back into Syria and the US funds them against Assad as you already pointed out.

You focus on the division of income levels. Is it really any different? If you consider Hitler's regime fascist, then I would agree that particular fascist regime would be racist (personally I agree more with the label Socialist which he gave to his party). However, Mussolini as you saw from the quote of his I posted earlier was not hung up on race and some notion of a white master race. If you look it up he actually met with Arab leaders and was presented the "Sword of Islam". He had numerous Jews in his fascist party, they were not "Uncle Tom's" as fascism in Italy had nothing to do with anti-Semitism and Jews there were only persecuted after Hitler essentially put a gun to his head and forced the issue. I'm not sure what other nation's would be considered as fascist in their government but Bashar Al-Assad has been called as such and he believes in a country where Muslims, Christians and others all live in a peaceful secular country and there is no racism in his ideology at all either. There is nothing in the definition of fascism which links it inexorably to racism.

Six Bosnian nationals from suburban Chicago, St. Louis and upstate New York have been charged with providing support-including combat equipment-to ISIS radicals in Syria.

The charges were unsealed Friday night by federal authorities in Missouri.

The two local terror suspects are identified as: Mediha Medy Salkicevic, 34 of Schiller Park, Illinois; and Jasminka Ramic, 42, of Rockford, Illinois.

The Schiller Park suspect, Salkicevic, is now in custody according to federal agents. Salkicevic, aka "Bosna Mexico," is from Bosnia and a naturalized American who was living in Chicago's near northwest suburbs.

The ISIS-linked terror suspect from Rockford, Ramic, is a Bosnian national who is legal permanent U.S. resident say federal law enforcement officials.

Among the items allegedly shipped by some of the defendants include firearms accessories, camouflage clothing and U.S. military uniforms, boots, rifle scopes, gloves and other combat gear.

Goods were allegedly shipped through the U.S. Postal Service to Istanbul, Turkey, and then smuggled into Syria-destined for radical Muslim fighters affiliated with ISIS.

The scheme did not involve plans to attack targets in the United States, federal agents said.

Some of the suspects charged are believed to have been communicating with Abdullah Ramo Pazara, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Bosnia who is thought to have been killed in 2014 while in Syria.

"Before he was killed, he bragged on social media about killing numerous individuals and capturing prisoners that he and his counterparts intended to slaughter the following day," said one senior law enforcement official.

Five of the defendants are in the United States and have been arrested, while a sixth defendant is overseas and may be a fugitive.

Others charged in the indictment are: Ramiz Zijad Hodzic, 40, his wife Sedina Unkic Hodzic, 35, and Armin Harcevic, 37, all of St. Louis County, Missouri; Nihad Rosic, 26, of Utica, New York. They were all under indictment on charges of conspiring to provide material support and resources to terrorists, and with providing material support to terrorists. Ramiz Zijad Hodzic and Nihad Rosic are also charged with conspiring to kill and maim persons in a foreign country.

"Today's charges and arrests underscore our resolve to identify, thwart, and hold accountable individuals within the United States who seek to provide material support to terrorists and terrorist organizations operating in Syria and Iraq," said Assistant Attorney General Carlin in a Friday night statement. "Preventing the provision of supplies, money, and personnel to foreign terrorist organizations like ISIL remains a top priority of the National Security Division and our partners in the law enforcement and intelligence communities. I want to thank the many agents, analysts and prosecutors responsible for this case."
