Just wanted to point out that some dietary supplements work. Iron and fiber for example. But, yes, I see your point.
Well they work in the sense that they can be useful if you're deficient in something.
I've previously been advised by my doctor to take supplements. That's not the issue. The issue is the supplement industry and its very successful efforts to get people to buy em who don't need them. As well as to use them for completely inappropriate purposes.
Not to mention the supplements that aren't vitamins and minerals but rather shit the body doesn't need at all.
