I told you they are more than just superficial, and now you are asking me to tell you how we are physically different.
Wow. I mean I can. But is that really what you meant to ask?
Generally, the Black jaw/mouth protrudes further. Their forehead to jaw angle is different. Sloped. Not always but it is prevalent. This is a trait that I don't have, quite, and is not nearly as common in Whites. It is also found in dogs, cats, monkeys, other animals, which may have in the past and present reinforced ideas that they are lower.
Their brains on average are less massive.
They lack the newer alleles of ASPM and Microcephalin at any frequency similar to outside of them (suggesting they weren't selected for/their populations were isolated from where it arose), but I lack exact data. Whatever those do, I don't know for sure. They do have to do with the brain formation. Studies are at best inconclusive, but they came about when civilizations started to form, along with written language, art, agriculture, not in that order necessarily.
Muscle connections are different, to bone, at least in the variety we have here in the U.S. As stated in a previous post, their muscles develop faster, and they can often sit up and walk earlier than White children.
A black neighbor may have greater bone density.
Physically, they have alleles that correlate with fast twitch muscle at a higher rate (West Africans) than Whites. I am not saying this is bad or good. For the rest really, either.
Teeth are different.
He will smell different, he will have different levels of hormones, he will have hair suited for his environment, and skin for it.
But beyond superficial, I don't see any really greatness coming out of Africa, from Blacks. You don't hear about anything leading in Africa. Oh, but maybe that is our fault.
Blue eyes are not just superficial. They are mutations which confer disadvantages. They correlate with less neuromelanin, which is thought to play a role in signal transmission in the brain. Brown eyes are default, and correlate with higher neuromelanin in the brain. In at least one study, those with brown eyes had faster reaction times and processing speed than those with blue eyes. That is, their brains/nerves transmitted signals faster. Those with blue eyes have a disadvantage, but also seem to be more strategic thinkers. Of course, the difference is numbers from many, and probably minor, but over populations, such traits could have an effect. Many are quick to cry foul, but it is very plausible. Having a disadvantage can lead to adaptive, strategic behavior.
