I don't really think about covid much anymore, gotta say. Have had it twice, omicron was like a cold. Just doesn't worry me anymore.
Exactly. I don't know why people are still so obsessed with it.

I rarely ever see anyone using a mask or talking about tests.

Still vaccine tinfoilry going on.

Interestingly the US government is no longer paying for free tests, vaccines or covid related stuff for citizens.

So once again people without health insurance are screwed.

Still government, media, medical establishment denial of side-effects.

I was chatting with my neighbour today and he relayed a story to me about one of his friends. A completely fit and healthy man, soon after his jabs developed Bells Palsy and had several heart related events (so basically myocarditis). When he went to get checked out he said to the doctors what he thought caused it - obviously a fit healthy man with no other changed lifestyle factors is going to immediately know it was the jab. The doctors flat out refused to agree it was the jab because they said they would lose their jobs if they pursued that line of inquiry.

My neighbour still doesn't get it though, despite his friend now being one foot in the grave. Or maybe he does and doesn't want to admit he's also potentially made a huge gamble with his health.

As much as I like my neighbour you have to be pretty dense at this point to not see what is going on though. All the football players and athletes collapsing or dying was the canary in the coalmine. It's obvious.

Still facebook anecdotal stupid armchair conspiracy going on.

Honestly, if you stopped framing everything like it's part of some global population control genocide conspiracy, I might be inclined to take you a little more seriously.

After 2 years, it's surpassed annoying and laughable, it's become downright obnoxious.

I think you caught me on a bad evening, sorry. I absolutely believe vaccines aren't really that good for the average person, but to me you think 1 + 2 = 3,000,000,000 and take it way too far.

Sadly, the vaccine just doesn't work very well at preventing you from getting omicron. I got sick with it within like a month and a half of getting boosted. You'll be fine, though, don't worry too much. Sucks you got the respiratory symptoms though, I didn't get any respiratory symptoms at all either time I had covid. Just body aches and other flu-like symptoms.

Feel better soon <3

is it safe to say, within the community here, that theirs more positive covid cases amongst the vaccinated than the unvaxxed?

i think so.....

I also think it's safe to say people who smoke weed go insane and attack people.

I don't believe in mainstream science or understand statistics, though.

But I think it's true.

It does seem that way. I'm unvaxxed and caught it (mild) because I was hanging out with my sick brother for six hours in a small room.

All the buses I took around the city while drunk and I never caught it until my brother

Constantly see social media posts of 3-4x vaxxed people catching it while wearing masks, working from home, etc. They're like "I tested positive even tho I've done everything right! I went to the grocery store a week ago, which must be where I got it"
