Now, long covid IS real. CFC, whom some of you know, he's a former admin, had/had long covid. He had a very bad covid which almost sent him to the hospital and had him fearing for his life, and a pre-existing heart condition. Last I heard, it was 6 or 8 months after, and he had brain damage (involving word recall and memory issues, pretty severe), really bad fatigue, and I think some other symptoms. And I have heard of some other cases that are legitimate, but no one I know has gotten it. It seems to be exceedingly rare.

that sucks - i hope he's feeling better - i like him, he's a good dude

i wonder if he was vaxxed also

Shit, I missed that post. I'm not vaxxed but got covid a few months ago when my drunk brother came over without telling me he was sick

Was a head cold for 6 days

It was different in a way, because he was to my left for a few hours, and then when I got sick it was only the left side of my head for the first ~24 hours then moved to both sides. I still drank beer each day I was sick too. Type-O gang

I lost taste for a week in like feb 2020, I guess it was probably covid but I never felt sick. I’ve never even been tested for Covid, I’m like a super pure blood. I avoid recently vaxxed folks too, the spike protein shedding makes me nervous.

well they were guaranteeing that we'd get it if we weren't vaxxed, so i'd like to see how many, like i, did not get vaxxed and did not catch the vid

The skeptics here won't believe me, and I believe you about shedding, because in April 2021 I was around newly vaxxed people, and then had crazy heart beats, irritation, which went away after that (~2 weeks). I'll never forget it. Never had anything like that otherwise. That alone made me believe shedding

Ya it’s a real thing, but the establishment doesn’t allow it to be discussed. There was a good dark horse podcast about it with a world renowned vaccinologist.
