I hate these types of articles, because the title explicitly implies that vaccines are the cause of higher deaths... but then shows zero evidence of that

it doesn't mention the possibility that these deaths are due to covid itself or covid mandate related deaths... or anything else... "it happened right after vaccines came out"... A LOT of things happened during that time as well

bad journalism, it sets it's intention in the title, this type of article is designed to implant a viral idea in your mind

I delayed having another child because the hospitals were overwhelmed. My brother had a child during the peak of COVID. His son was born premature and only one parent was allowed in the hospital at a time to see him. The whole situation was a nightmare.

Do you even look at the numbers or do any "critical thinking" of your own?? I doubt you even read this article or even understand what it's saying... you eat this slop up like sheep on a farm. This paper proves the danger of heart inflammation is exponentially less than the dangers of unvaccinated covid.

This article basically disproves your theory that people are randomly dying weeks, months or years after the vaccine, it only occurs within 7 days after vaccine, and then is gone:
  1. “In most cases, the associations did not persist after seven days following exposure.”


It also shows that the occurrence of heart inflammation itself is SIGNIFICANTLY less than the death rate of unvaccinated COVID, ranging from 0.01% in young men (1 in 5,900) to 0.0001% in middle aged women (1 in 646,000).

It also, conveniently, doesn't mention how many people are dying from this (probably almost none)... or if there are any lasting complications. I'm guessing the author chose to leave that out on purpose.

.... oh, yep, the author cherry picked data from the article as I suspected, they go on to talk about death rates in the full article:

After a follow-up of 30 days after discharge, 4 (0.24%) deaths among cases of myocarditis (none among exposed to vaccine) and 5 (0.31%) deaths among cases of pericarditis (including one patient having received a vaccine 8 to 21 days prior to the diagnosis) were reported. Of those, 3 and 2 died during their hospital stay for myocarditis and pericarditis, respectively.

so in this study 0.24% (death) of 0.016% (18-24m after 2nd mRNA dose)... so young men have a 0.003% chance of death from the vaccine, which is about 1000x less than death from unvaccinated covid

oh wait, I'm wrong? "none among exposed to vaccine"... so NONE of these people died from myocarditis directly related to the vaccine

Unvaccinated young men have a 3% chance of dying from COVID?

The vaccines helped initially. Now that delta is gone, they're pretty much useless.

They're far from useless, but I do agree that there are no needs for any vaccine related mandates or anything like that anymore. Which to my knowledge aren't happening?

honestly I wish everyone would just shut the fuck up about covid and vaccines, it's basically over (about as much as it will be "over" for the foreseeable future)

let's move on to the next conspiracy already, need something fresh not this dead horse

recent studies of antibodies in Australia indicate that there were twice as many cases as we thought, maybe more.

i don't know what the death rate is for young healthy people with omicron before you adjust for that, but it isn't anywhere near 3%. I wouldn't believe 0.03% either. the people who die from omicron in those age brackets aren't healthy. most of the time, it's not some phantom undiagnosed thing. most of the time, they have obvious pre-existing conditions and/or they're obese.

covid death rate in young men is definitely higher than 0.003%, so covid is worse especially when you add in everything covid can do to people other than death (long term symptoms, neurological damage, etc)

also something people seem to conveniently forget is that unvaccinated covid infection itself may cause myocarditis..
