Looks like a perspective illusion.

The one thing that does intrigue me though, is the possibility of using masks or surgery to change the appearance of high profile people, or to imitate them using an actor.

Can't prove anything either way, but I'm still not convinced that Alex Jones isn't in fact Bill Hicks. The teeth, the moles/mole scars on his neck in the same god damn place, and Jones' goofy fucking hairline that makes no sense. And that the reason why he's still alive despite continually shitting on the establishment is because if they killed him then he'd have his people release the proof he is Bill Hicks.. which would immediately make the public begin to question whether any other high profile people are not who they claim to be.
