Conspiracies The Covid Narrative

Not open for further replies.
i saw a commercial on TV the other afternoon, and it was this girl flipping through the bible saying something about it's God's will to get the vaccine to help save humanity - brought to you and sponsored by none other than my own state government

couldn't believe what i was seeing

Wow that's nauseating.

Maybe I am blind to the pro-vax propaganda. That's probably because I don't read the news. That's not entirely true, actually. I do read articles, but (if anything strikes me as interesting) I don't assume at face value that it's accurate. I do the opposite. I assume it is false. Then I check the data. I don't discriminate. I watch Louder with Crowder and read Al Jazeera. Everything is bullshit.

The data is clear. All the regulars around here have had more than enough time to produce a sensible anti-vax argument.

Whether or not some capitalist swine lied about the efficacy of their vaccine is irrelevant. The facts are more relevant than what anyone says. We can see the effect of the vaccines. This international rollout is an experiment with literally billions of participants. We know the vaccines work.

If you look at the numbers honestly, you can see the truth as plainly as a cloud in the sky.

I don't do subscription news. We're a single (relatively low) income family with a mortgage. I use somebody else's Netflix account because I refuse to pay $8 a month for all of my entertainment. We have one car. I'd rather take the bus than get another car. I'm not going to start paying for news. I'd honestly be more likely to join Crowder's mug club and that ain't going to happen.

Perhaps if I win the lottery?

I want to retire by 55.

"There is actually very little in the Bible about protecting our personal rights."

WTF?

That sort of shit would never make it on television in Australia.

Madness.

i was just trying to watch the game, and that comes on

is that not madness, bird?

and how am i supposed to feel seeing that?

let me get down to the pharmacy right away!

or should i be a little more suspect?

cmon

This is what I recommend.

Disengage - completely - from the constant stream of bullshit. That means: disengage from social media; stop watching ads; stop listening to me; stop listening to @AutoTripper; stop watching YouTube videos...

Then, go and look at the data. Clear your mind. If you don't want to lie to yourself, it shouldn't be difficult to take a step back and question whether or not you have been feed a bunch of baloney.

The thing is, you recognize half of it as baloney.

It is ALL baloney.

Baloney.
Baloney.
Baloney.

Stop? As if anybody listens to the mad hatters.

How can anything possibly be accurate in any tangible way, if less than 5% of the people see it that way, present it as such?

I mean, the truth is bound to be littered in the other sensible clever realistic all over the place pick a religion 95% so let us mine our gold exclusively from there.

I don't expect people to listen.

Nor did Jesus lol, but they sure sold a lot of books over time.

Now somebody you do want to listen to,

if you don't comply

There is definitely some gold in what you post, but you seem to be less and less comprehensible as the days go by. Is it the flu or are you increasing your LSD intake?

The thing is, you recognize half of it as baloney.
Again I don't at all. I don't ignore obvious balloney. Critical difference.

But if you actually meant that literally, that half of "our" side is accurate....FUUUCK! Anyway.

I don't walk around struggling- how do I reconcile that.... the other day I said this.... ooh I don't know if I can go back on that belief now I'll just lie to myself for a few more years or....I detest Donald Trump, I won't say it openly though the first moment I accept and support that view because what will people think?

I can't control what people think. I can only try and control what I think.

Which is hard enough anyway but at least I'm not letting the government do it for me giving me just enough illusory free thought leash, for Christ sake.

Be your own mind. Not a government regurgitater.

I don't regurgitate social media btw. Those button clicks etc, doesn't happen in my world.

I'm not into porn or anything shady or sinfull, but my "clicks" are interest and hobby based, as it goes.

Nobody talks how I do. I don't get it from those platforms, I take it there, it's hard to generate discussion over horseracing with a Neptunian who has never watched or spoken of horseracing before, doesn't know a "hoof" from a "reign".

Baloney.

i have looked at the data

and the data states:

Data released Friday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that between Dec. 14, 2020, and Oct. 15, 2021, a total of 818,044 adverse events following COVID vaccines were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

The data included a total of 17,128 reports of deaths — an increase of 362 over the previous week, and a new report of a 12-year-old who died after getting the Pfizer vaccine.

There were 117,399 reports of serious injuries, including deaths, during the same time period — up 5,434 compared with the previous week.

Excluding “foreign reports” to VAERS, 612,125 adverse events, including 7,848 deaths and 50,225 serious injuries, were reported in the U.S. between Dec. 14, 2020, and Oct. 15, 2021.

Of the 7,848 U.S. deaths reported as of Oct. 15, 11% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 15% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 28% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

In the U.S., 406.1 million COVID vaccine doses had been administered as of Oct. 15. This includes: 237 million doses of Pfizer, 154 million doses of Moderna and 15 million doses of Johnson & Johnson (J&J).

Flu is evil. It beats you down hard. Pneumonia is horrible too. All round it makes for an acutely dark and depressive experience.

It's just an overlay. It draws your focus in. One day each. Actually decreasing LSD too after 7.8 mg's in 18 days if you are looking for a correlation there.

Which by chance was enacted in February on the back of the Dec/January Influenza, except it was 7.9 mg's.

Talk about a way to step out of one flu, and back into another before Winter.

It has a symmetry to it this year. I'm just getting though it.

Plus I am also trying to keep my spirits high. I am past arguing, bickering, opposing people here or anywhere except deliberate evil directly whether by will or cohort, I do believe in Evil, and good. Not just some random free will roll of a dice he tried, that will do or that was unfortunate thing.

It's very conscious either way and deliberate too.

I'm not in a ring here.

@Mr. Krinkle

Cut and paste isn't an argument. I can do that, too. You're either willing to have an honest discussion about it or not. You have a tendency to post a bunch of shit that other people have written and then spend very little time explaining why you think it is valid despite other BLers criticisms.

The problem - mainly - with your posts, is: there is no context.

Nobody is arguing there aren't adverse reactions. Posting stuff about people dying from vaccines is anecdotal and irrelevant unless you contextualize it. How many people are dying? How many people would have died from the virus, had they not been vaccinated?

All you do recently, it seems, is post examples of adverse reactions.

I don't see your point.

Of the 7,848 U.S. deaths reported as of Oct. 15, 11% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 15% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 28% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

This part strikes me as particularly meaningless.

I very clearly stated that I think everything is bullshit. If you're not going to read my posts, please don't respond to them. I may not agree with you a lot of the time, but I do you the courtesy of listening to what you have to say.

I wasn't talking to you.

I know, I was just saying, if I genuinely sniff balloney, I'm walking the other way personally. Not a defence or retaliation.

You did say though literally, a figure of speech I know but this is my point again, figures of speech are invalid without sufficient context, that half of it is known to be lies as if a blind eye is cast.

If half of what "conspiracy theorists" said was true... fuuuck!

I'm not just picking on yourself @birdup please don't feel it personal. It's not. I focus on what is being said first and foremost, and address that.

You just use expressive terms freely which highlight certain regards to me, and I just follow my imagination. It's really not to ve discourteous.

I'm not just picking on you... It's really not to ve discourteous.

Likewise.

Read it again.

I go beach now.
