not trying to condone addictive behaviors, i just get way more out of it. intranasal 1mg feels like 4mg sublingual. lots of others feel the same, just make sure to wash the gunk out your nose sooner or later :)

It’s hard with the pills to measure small doses like 0.25mg , at that point they are just little chunks , the tablets are quite small as is

yeah i get 8mg tabs, so i have to break in half, then in half again, and then in half one more time to get 1mg lol

It is weird they are depressants but keep up, Valium keeps me calm though even 10mg doesn't help me

My doctor is adverse to writing for Xanax, which is probably good, I was on Ativan for a long time and got scared because it is short acting, and I am terrified of benzo withdrawal and Valium is easier to stop using but I am probably a lifer with benzos

I’m actually prescribed Xanax too, but a very small amount (as needed) for breakthrough anxiety like when I have to go to doctor appointments or therapy. But I’m prescribed the clonazepam for every day

So what is your anxiety about or is it too personal, I respect people's boundaries

Thank you for your kindness & respecting boundaries. But yea without going too into it basically I have really bad PTSD from being a survivor of some really tough stuff … & when I tried to escape my ex tried to murder me … so I sustained a lot of injuries & that’s why I have chronic pain & … well it’s complicated but I really try my best … but day to day, night to night I struggle a lot with pain & PTSD
