People should quit with their "free-speech" mantra when visiting someones house....
My take on it all is to hold-forth from ones own platform/house and if stifled then cry about censorship, yes? What with all the geniuses out there, surly someone knows how to code enough to create their own social-connector-thingy. Is it because they may be held accountable if they own their HQ?
These are privately owned companies and do not have to let anyone in if they choose... they make the rules in their house. No, everyone wants to hold the private cos accountable for all the "misdeeds" performed, fostered or hosted there and blame it on "out-of-context" BS and weasel away.
Wish a mf would storm my house talking about they can say whatever they like without consequences... from experience this has not fared well and people get their feelings hurt.
I do not get where everyone gets all these rights to do what they wish but no-one else has that right... confused for sure.
I think we have lost the ability to think and reason... we are indeed a bunch of freakin' mindless zombies in search of brains.

Sure thing - obviously it’s dependent upon world events which will likely be caused on purpose. Just like how Corona was intentionally leaked as a bio weapon against the world.

By 2024 Biden will have actively destroyed the NRA. Step by step, mass shootings and staged capital riots will be used as the fire to come after our protections.

Twitter and Facebook will continue to serve the Democratic Party through intense algorithms swaying public opinion.

The concept of democracy will die in America as things like mandatory vaccinations, etc grow. We will slowly lose all freedoms.

Biden will continue to cause the American people to depend on government aid to survive. This will weaken us more as more lockdowns, restrictions and other nonsense violate our ability to work and survive.

By 2030 at this rate and if drastic change is not made, the media will have complete control of our minds.

Anyone who speaks critically of the Democrat party will be imprisoned or killed. And the Democratic revolution of evil will come to a head as America is the rebirth of Nazi Germany but worse - American citizens will be as targeted as the Jewish population was.

I don’t believe any race or religion will protect you. Only the elite and rich will survive or have a say. The rest of us pawns.

Again... why do the ones decrying censorship not build their own platform? Just seems a logical option to me.
I try to stand on the outside of the arena and do not take "sides" if possible. Just trying to make sense out of non-sense, ya know?

Cause they don't wanna. They're total hypocrites. We all know full well that if it were the left being censored they'd suddenly remember their belief in the free market.

That is because they are a company and they don't want all these annoying people around. You are acting like using twitter or facebook is somehow your american right. Or your platform to speak. No its not. Its just some internet site some people made and will kick annoying people off.

If you really want your own platform to speak then make it. Sorry that xyz free service doesn't want trouble makers around.

That is all that really is. Not anything close to taking our freedoms away.

Government intervention is required when monopolization occurs.

The elite are actively destroying platforms. Parler was dropped from Amazon servers and taken off Apple and Android app stores.

Right the internet has grown much in the last 10 years. Facebook and twitter was certainly around. The quality of cellphones were not even close and what changed.

But now they know, use another fucking platform because you are at risk using some random free service.

That justifies the government preventing Twitter and Facebook conducting anticompetitive practices. Ensuring people actually have the ability to compete with them.

It doesn't justify passing laws to make them de facto public yet also still making a fortune for their share holders.

When companies become too big you make sure other companies can try and compete with them. You don't just make that company a de facto government service.

How fucking laughable is it that the same people arguing that Facebook is a public service they're entitled to use are also the ones generally opposing public health care. Insisting everything should be done through private companies.

Fuck your right to spew propaganda, where's the regulation to ensure all Americans have first world health care like other wealthy countries?

Because nobody wants to associate with trump. They are companies. I'm sure bezos didn't like parler anyway. And was just being nice until the specific day came. Nobody will ever deal with this guy again. If you opened a business today would you put trump ads on your flyers? I bet you wouldn't since you wouldn't get any customers.

Remember when the right believed in the free market and lack of regulation?

Then one day they woke up and realized that a lot of the wealthy actually don't agree with them anymore. Now suddenly regulating private companies is good!
