He sounds so pathetic and the election officials are like ...um... hmm... riiiiight can we be done talking to this guy yet?
 
Man hahah, insane, this was this weekend as well, we can only imagine the interactions that found place shortly after the election.
The whole phone call is really good content, insight in the mind of Trump, otherwise you're not always too sure because he knows cameras are there.
 
It’s definitely shocking. I suppose I don’t even need to mention the irony about Trump’s non-stop attempts to cast doubt on the election process... Good for Raffensperger for standing up to Trump, though. If only they could all be respectable to that degree.
 
Not shocking to me in the slightest. I would bet anything it's just the tip of the iceberg. I suspect, and hope, that in time we will see the full scope of the presidents corruption, and people who claim to support him today will disappear, they will pretend they never supported him at all because it's too socially embarrassing.

And embarrassed they should be, because frankly, they were duped, hard. They were part of the large minority taken in by a fraud.
 
I really hope the Georgia trump supporters listen to that bit of encouragement about voting negatively.

Normally I'm cautious about seeing either party have uncontested control, but the republican party at the federal level has become such a disgrace that I don't care this time.

And this is the second time in relatively recent history a president of theirs has become completely corrupt well beyond then norm. It's almost enough to make you think conservatism is inherently destructive. ;)
 
i read today that president trump is considering issuing preemptive pardons to his children.

it's interesting to consider what that says about his children.

You know what? I'd love to be able to say "you cannot make this shit up (so it must be true)"! But this?

Is this all just supposed to be a total mind fuck or what?

I just looked up this dude's credentials. What would make somebody like him Tweet this stuff? Just look at the cases he's been involved in!

Odd as this may be coming from me but I tell you: if this is all baseless bullshit then I hope like fuck there's some law or the other over there (or something i.e. anything will do) that at very least will get him disbarred (and hopefully after that he gets sued for every single last penny and ends up on the street or worse).

Dunno why this pisses me off so. But it does. Spent the whole morning reading shit about this dude and that fucking off-the-wall actor. Probably more pissed off with myself for the time I've wasted on this than anything else maybe!

Actually there is. Kinda. Lawyers can be sanctioned for misconduct. And there have already been suggestions of doing exactly that to Lin wood.

Lawyers generally don't like sanctioning other lawyers though, it has to be pretty gross misconduct. Which this prooobably is.

Making such public statements in reference to the Chief Justice I'd have thought would qualify as such.

I know this is odd coming from me. And my stance on the elections and what may, or may not, still happen has not changed at all. But this is next level shit to me and for reasons I don't quite understand myself to be honest i.e. just something about it that's offensive and, if baseless, is deserving of some type of serious punishment.

Way I see it: he's fucked either way (or should be anyway). If there's any truth to this: then why sit on this shit until the last minute i.e. that actor dude has been dead well over a year now (more actually) already (point is: don't come with all of this NOW and call yourself a patriot)? And, well, if it's all baseless: then he's just a piece of shit period and not worthy of the profession.
 
Prohibitionist probably means you're a pedophile. It's been that way for a couple of centuries now. I mean Ben Franklin and George Washington at allowed you to choose intoxicants. Trump or Biden and every other president we've had fuel a war on drugs. What I'm getting at is we're not better off with Biden or Trump, just authoritarians that want your freedom.

Also, I know Ben Franklin wasn't a president, but a founder.
