No Free speech in UK right now. People are suddenly being aggressively bundled into meatwagons by cold, ruthless coppers, instructed by some mysterious force, to go out on the streets and aggressively shut down anybody speaking openly in public, politely, civilly, in protest to our own current draconian measures and abhorrent restrictions of freedoms.

Real police brutality- many cases of old ladies being sprawled flat by 6 coppers, thrown in a meatwagon. Totally disgraceful mindless, heartless, and entirely unconstitutional policing, in desperate bid to expand censorship and suppress truth about the great Covid deception, 99% plus fully recover, to lie cold about figures, to try their hardest to persuadingly, or if they can- force vaccinate everybody witj Billy G's officially patented vaccine no 60606!

Australian Detention Centres?

News has reached me that Australia is setting up detention centres for anyone who refused a Covid test. I have received this from only one source awaiting confirmation from second. Also awaiting my Australian CC coordinator to let me know - So at moment unconfirmed. But a grave development...

Jess, I have to say, it surprises me a little that an actual non-US resident, is arguably the most hostile, bitter hater of Trump in this thread.

Which come on everyone, really could just be labelled "Hate Trump hopes he chokes and dies" thread.

The sheer maliciousness I have witnessed here really amazes, equally concerns me.

Is Trump in fact Satan in POTUS dress? One would certainly think so!

Then I don't think you're seeing very clearly.

Christ if this is how the Trump supporters act when Trump loses, how are they gonna cope when trumps actually out of the white house?

This is why I hate trump so much btw. He's already a narcissist and I hate narcissists on principle. But I hate him even more for the fact that so many people treat him like their personal cult leader to the point that they will reject the rest of reality for him.

Well I appreciate your respectful response and explanation, also humour.

And I was not meaning to attack you personally honestly. I just always spit out my honest feelings, and I see from your other thread posts how you have battled your own great personal difficulties over the years.

Certainly for now, clearly, we will have to agree to disagree.

But I still wish you only the best personally, and sincerely. I just sometimes come over as fiery and confrontational, but it's never personal and all I honestly want is the best for everybody.

It was actually in fact, not the abscence of his mask, but at one point his head swayed forward slightly, to within 199.999 cm of an covid infected (???) individual.

That was the killer blow. Two metres is where it's at! Unless it is your own UK home including back garden now, where strangely, English climate (political) conditions mean that even 2 metres is unsafe, in fact, even with the biggest garden in the United Kingdom- a visitor is NOT allowed in!

Legal offence! Instant fine for all caught, likely neighbour B'washed informants.

Yeah, there obviously wasn't any widespread fraud and it was just an attempt to try and muddy the waters. I just find it deliciously ironic that not only is that slob down 3 million bucks, but he literally is further back than when he started.

Man, what I'm really looking forward to is when the creditors come 'round. I would just love to see his assets stripped by Deutche Bank and his other lenders and then basically have him facing all these state charges in NYC etc... Basically, although I'm so over seeing his stupid orange face, I want to see his grey and pale face in an orange jumpsuit... just shuffling from prison back to the court room for years. I want it to get to the level of bankruptcy where he has a minority state appointed lawyer because he can't pay his legal fees. One can dream...

Alas it seems to me that once you become mega rich, it's almost impossible to screw it up to the point you don't remain mega rich.

Seems the very idea that you're mega rich keeps it going through people being so willing to loan you more money.

Of course, trump is actually on the poor side of mega rich standards, so I guess you never know.

EDIT: also, much as it truly pains me to say this... I've been thinking about it and I can't help but wonder if trump never seeing jail actually isn't what's best for the country.

I have no desire to see another presidents crimes pardoned and saying once again that presidents are above the law, it's just... The country is SO divided, and like it or not a very large chunk of the country voted for him.

Seems to me prosecuting trump is just gonna make those divisions worse, just gonna make the right feel vindicated in their beliefs about left wing persecution and witch hunts.

They'll no doubt try and twist it to that even if trump gets away with it all, but it may still be the best thing overall if he just leaves office and that's it. No trial.

Then again, it may be required in order to get the right to see that trump is poisoning them.

America would not be served by a single dominant party, I only want trump gone, not the republican party as a whole.

Besides, no matter what differences exist, prosecuting trump is just gonna vindicate a lot of the people who are always wanting and think it's OK to constantly argue for arbitrarily prosecuting democrats.

All I'm thinking is, division is poisoning the country, and I don't think prosecuting trump would do that division any good.

In the short term I think it would benefit the country in terms of moving forward (just to have Trump skulk away), but long-term, I shudder at the consequences of a Trump v2.0 that actually has some level of competence. That would be far, far worse. Trump's a power hungry, egotistical idiot... but he's better than a capable power-hungry egotistical President with dreams of dictatorship and unlimited Executive power.

Without legislative/judiciary fail safes etc... we're fucked. We need to do things like repeal Citizens United, reinstate the Glass-Steagal act, reinstate the Fairness Doctrine etc. We don't even need new legislation! Literally just doing that would get so much black/corporate/PAC money out of politics/media.

Legislators will be undoing the damage for years (looking at the judicial/legislative in particular.... how many Federal judges were pushed through with Mitch? The Supreme Court is stacked in Republican favor too). It's going to be a long trek and working people are hurting bad, but it's really hard to decide what to do. I think a lot is really resting on what happens in the Georgia Senate race... I think that's when plans will become more concrete/practical in my view.

Start fixing America, there is still a few twitches of life left in it, but he graft and sleaze, lobbyists and special interests need to have their wings clipped, so that the legislature primarily looks after the interests of the American people rather then the monied insiders profiting at the expense of the American people.

That does mean push back hard if Biden does what everyone expects and simply replaces Trumps cronies with his cronies and nothing changes apart from the names of the swine feeding at the trough. I am tired of looking into the abyss, time for some hopey changey instead. I have the feeling I am going to be disappointed, but it is up to the dems to fuck it up all on their own, if they don't then all power to them.

You have a Republic if you can keep it.
 
I agree that it's not too late, but we have to really be vigilant and hold people accountable. And we also have to stop hating and disrespecting each other. The powers that be have created this division through social engineering, but the only reason it works is because people have decided to treat each other badly. We have caused this division. The fact that it was intended to happen does not absolve us of this. We have the power to heal it ourselves by trying to understand each other instead of throwing shade and insults (and worse).
