I don't think so. The smallest margin is Arizona (11,000), followed by Georgia (15,000) then Wisconsin (20,000). That's not a few thousand. Recounts only change the vote by hundreds. Biden would have to lose all three of these states plus Nevada (another 34,000) or North Carolina (another 66,000).
That's a total of 80,000 votes, minimum.
It's also not possible to do a Nevada recount because the margin isn't close enough.
Each state has laws about margins and recounts. Depending on the state, there needs to be less than either 0.5% or 1.0% for a recount to be allowed unless there is strong evidence of fraud. The margin in Nevada is 2.4%. The margin in North Carolina is 1.3%.
