How?? Sometimes Biden doesn't even know what year it is.I guess I'd rather have Biden than Trump, probably.
I came to this god awful subforum today to tell yall as someone who normally doesn't vote left I am really disappointed by this. I was really hoping he'd get the nomination this year honestly, I don't like any of the Dem candidates at all and I would rather see someone outside of the usual suspects on both sides propped up by the corrupt establishments that own them make it to the election. It's a real shame and has done nothing but further disillusion me, which is really saying something because I'm considered a tinfoil hat person already.
if there's anyone left who isn't disillusioned in our political system by now, they're either part of the establishment or just hopelessly ambivalent.
Bernie is passionate and sincere, which is all I need, personally. Unfortunately, the masses need someone younger, better looking, preferably male to help the socialism medicine go down better. (Talking about the liberal masses here as Republicans clearly have no requirement on age or beauty) .
what would be really fucking fantastic would be if some of you center right populist/anti war types would join up with the Bernie bros and independents if he decides to run this fall. Trump is using you guys. As much as you like his personality and the way he trash talks all the people you hate, he isn't really doing shit for you. The economy was on the upswing since before he got there. All he does is tweet and play golf.
Such a lame criticism of him, the guy made some money selling a book and bought a vacation house. He never claimed people shouldn't be able to make money and become wealthy off their own work. He's been in politics his whole career and never taken money from big money interests, and in his 70s, he reached what, like $1.2 million? Because of a successful book? My grandma bought a lake house like 60 years ago when she had the money for it, we've been enjoying it my whole life. I see nothing wrong with buying a lake house with money you made off your own work. And there is no precedent whatsoever to suggest Bernie would keep campaign money for himself.
I've already taken Bernie apart in detail in this thread. Not gonna beat a dead horse.
He's a lying grifter who duped a lot of people. Lots more people realized it this time around, that's why he lost to Biden of all people... couldn't even beat a senile pedo.
Joe Rogan Would Vote For Trump Over Biden
The Joe Biden campaign has rolled out a new toy at avatar.joebiden.com and people are already having a lot of fun with it. All you have to do is upload a photo, add a catchy slogan, and —BOOM! — you’re on Team Joe.
We’re certain we missed lots of good ones, but they’re coming in so quickly it’s hard to keep up — forgive us if we missed yours.
"The View" co-host Sunny Hostin continued pushing the idea that former Vice President Joe Biden has an obligation to choose a black woman to serve as his running mate.
"Do you think that not choosing a woman of color -- a black woman, actually -- is a slap in the face to the black, female voters who are credited with really reviving his candidacy?" Hostin asked Georgia Democrat Stacey Abrams.
The question came as Abrams touted herself as an "excellent" pick for vice president.
...
"I [Abrams] would share your concern about not picking a woman of color because women of color, particularly black women, are the strongest part of the Democratic Party -- the most loyal, but that loyalty isn't simply how we vote, it's how we work," she added.
...
Hostin previously argued that black women had "earned" a spot on Biden's ticket.
"As a lot of people say, the VP pick is — it isn’t an incentive. It’s a thank you, and I think it should be a thank you to black women," she said last week.
"I think black women are going to have to carry the load in this election like they always do. We are their strongest voting base, and half of black women live in states where I think they are going to obstruct the vote. I think there won’t be mail-in voting.
"So, that means that black women are going to have to risk their lives during this pandemic to vote. They’re going to have to bring their sons and their brothers and their fathers and risk their lives to vote," she argued, adding that Biden's campaign was pulled "out of the grave" due to African-American support in South Carolina.
Stacey Abrams, the former minority leader for Georgia's House of Representatives and Democratic nominee in the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election, spoke to Elle for a profile published Wednesday, in which she said she would be "honored" to run with Biden.
"I would be an excellent running mate," Abrams said. "I have the capacity to attract voters by motivating typically ignored communities. I have a strong history of executive and management experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. I've spent 25 years in independent study of foreign policy. I am ready to help advance an agenda of restoring America's place in the world. If I am selected, I am prepared and excited to serve."
Biden last month pledged to pick a woman as his running mate, and he has floated Abrams as a possibility, last fall listing in a series of potential candidates "the woman who should have been the governor of Georgia." In fact, Axios reported back in March of last year that Biden advisers were debating whether he should, in an unconventional move, actually announce Abrams as his running mate right at the start of his campaign.
The hypocrisy of the media is glaring.
Downplaying Biden allegedly sexually assaulting a woman while deflecting with Trump's "pussy" comments.
