Testing potency.

I was wondering if there was a way to test how much mg of x steroid you're actually getting. How can you separate the oil from the actual steroid ?

You could stick the vial in the freezer. The steroid ester should crash out of the solution.

But then you would have to assume that the crashed solution contained exactly what it said it did and that you knew each specific weight of a given ester+ the hormone then weigh the crashed material- hoping that it is indeed pure and contains no contaminants that would through off the weight of the given material. My advice send a sample to a local collage that has a chem lab with a GC/MS They usually offer testing of samples- then you can cross reference the specific peaks from the sample with the various weights of esters and hormones and other materials in the solution. I could be a lil off on this SO if A Mod could shoot this over to advanced drug discussion- or hell even if one of the guys from over there could chime in that would be a big help.

Seems too complicated to be done in a home lab. I wanted to check particular products to make sure they're not underdosed. Thanks anyways.

No worries man, Yeah checking things at home is entirely to complicated, hence the need to cultivate a relationship with a good UGL or an understanding doc. Hopefully you have quality gear man. best of luck.
