i was googling why xanax makes me clean and more productive if i take a low dose for my anxiety.
basically it's about how xanax makes people actually want to be productive, i myself have not been filling diagnosed properly on my mental issues, i did get prescribed celexa and something else i cannot remember for 2 weeks (not enough time for earlier to work) i have always been weird about going to a therapist and talking about my life and how i feel but i just scheduled an appointment with a therapist and i'm going to make myself still with it this time.
now, self diagnosing yourself isn't always correct but i have done my research and talked to people with the same illnesses i have which is anxiety, depression, and possibly bipolar disorder. i have tried xanax not prescribed to me but i did not abuse them i had major anxiety at the time, almost an attack. it helped so i tried it a few more times for my anxiety. i don't always abuse them i just like the feel of not having anxiety. i don't want to abuse them because i grew up in a house hold with drug users (not hating)
okay to the point of the question.
if i tell my therapist do you think they'd understand or think i'm trying to get benzos to abuse or do you think there's something else out there that i could take that isn't addictive or maybe just go to my therapist and tell him my issues without mentioning the xanax and see how it goes?

You should talk to them about benzos. Keep in mind they are extremely addictive, and that they may put you on a different medication first. Good luck.
